(This part should be atleast 75 words)))Im nice to people and Zarp is a very nice server and the staff is very nice i have friends actually from the zarp community and they are Pug and Stratiic. i should be chosen because im not an admin abuser i know what to do when someone does something wrong and im fair to others and im pretty active on the server.Reason why i want to be staff is just to have fun. I want to help the staff team with rulebreakers And I've seen rulebreakers on before and staff haven't been there to deal with them

Dasanemi is a mature, friendly and helpful player on Deathrun, I still remember him from when I was Moderator. Although he has just returned and will need to build up activity again, you have nearly 2 weeks to improve upon activity, if you do this. I will be sure to vote for you my friend.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?Gag him or give him a warning is quite bland.
You should expand a whole more for that.
As a moderator you gain more commands such as mute and kick and that way should describe their usage.

You could also mention what to do when the rule breaker persists as you're only a moderator.

I can't really say much since I haven't seen you before, but I can say that you need to work on your gametime and some parts of the app need to be worked on, namelylike Walrus said previously.

Your activity is really bad too, the minimum hours for a staff member is 4 hours a week.

Your application could use a lot more detail, it looks very rushed.

I don't know who you are and have not seen you in game, you should try to play a bit more before next meeting as your game tracker has only 74 minutes on it.

You have only answered this section with one sentence, you should give some examples of people disrespecting and how you would handle it. You should use the gag/warn command, you've only mentioned the gag command. If you are punishing somebody for disrespect you would want to warn them and punish them not one or the other.
