Estimated Server Time Recently returned and spend a couple weeks or so on the server, but have played since mid 2014 on zarp DarkRP in one form or another.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New life rule states that when someone dies, they begin a new life, meaning they forget short term memories such as who killed them, but can recall long term memories such as where they live. Further more on this server it also means you can not return to your area of death for a specified amount of time. An example would be a hitman killing a thief; the thief could not take revenge on the hitman for carrying out this act as they have begun a new life and do not remember their previous one. Further more they could not return to the area of death for the specified length of time.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Meta gaming is when a person uses information they can see in game, that in real life, they would not have access to. An example of this, a Cop arresting a thief, simply because they are a thief. In real life this cop would not know the other person is a thief, yet in game, a title can show this.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Gather the two together in a secluded area, and present the evidence from the console to player y. Following this explain to them they have been accused of RDMing the other player. Ask their reasoning for killing the other player. If they can show sufficient evidence that they had reason for killing player x, then i would explain to player x why this is not an RDM. Evidence such as damage logs, if player x shot player y first. On the other hand if player y had no reason to kill player x, i would warn them making sure they knew what they had done wrong, and ensuring player x that the situation had been handled with.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Here the console shows a clear rule break, as there is very little in the way of excusing this. Here I would gather the two players together, I would present player y with the information and tell them they have been accused of breaking the NLR rule. I would (despite the conclusive evidence) hear the story from both parties and then make my decision as necessary. If player y can not produce a valid reason as to why the kills were so close together in such a short period of time, they would be warned. Finally i would ensure they know where they have gone wrong, in an effort to prevent such behavior from incurring again.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
This is simply breaking the rules as it is meta gaming. I would bring him, and explain that he has broken the rules by meta gaming. He may be confused, so i would provide him with a definition and explain why this is unacceptable. Using out of character methods to gain an in character advantage is not fair to all the users. I would advice him to use other means of getting help (in character methods) and ultimately warn him if necessary.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I can bring confidence, experience, and maturity to zarp staff team. Experience can be brought through my time with both on Dark RP servers, and more specifically on zarp. I have had countless hours as an administrator on many other darkRP servers, responding to an array of situations, and handling them all with professionalism, and most importantly patience. All whilst communicating, ensuring necessary knowledge is passed on to offenders via well revised rules. With jobs I have had before, such as admin, support team and other customer service jobs, I am able to get along with all types of personalities, it is this ability that allows me to adapt and apply to new jobs, roles or scenarios, allowing me to fit in seamlessly to the staff team, and carry on where others have left off. To conclude I have a vast experience within administration both in real life, and as staff on several different high traffic garry's mod servers, and hope to be very active in helping should my application be accepted.
