Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

First off, i would advise them to not use their "W" key while bhoping, i would also tell them to look and use their A and D keys to move. If after helping them i would direct them to a more "In Depth" tutorial found on YouTube

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

First of all, i would tell them to tone it down a little, if they continue i would gag/chat mute them for a few minutes, if they then continue i will gag/mute them for longer.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

Firstly, i would tell them to not use the exploit as they can get banned for using it, while telling them not to i would tell a Super Admin or above about it and gather evidence how it happens, if the player was to continue to use the exploit i would ask an admin to come online so they could deal with them correctly.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

I should be chosen to be apart of the staff team as i am trusted with powers from SSRP and sometimes when i am on there is lots of people spamming and sometimes being disrespectful when the majority of the staff team are offline. Also to help I have made a report in the last few days that had been accepted.(Here)
