(About my gametracker, I actually have 19 more hours on the server than what it says because I played as Yung Hooman for a bit.)

I have some SERIOUS explaining to do when it comes to my profile :/. You may notice the fact that I now have 1 VAC ban on record. This was caused by me accidentaly injecting a bhop script that is intended for my friends bhop server on css while playing CS:GO. The reason this happened is because I just got off of css and accidently turned it off without knowing when opening CS:GO. So thinking I still had it on I pressed the hotkey once more turning it back on! So i played for around 3 hours without knowing and got VAC banned. BTW the script was originally a CS:GO script that my friend modified and sent to me so we could play.

Server Time: 127 hours~ (with the 19 as Yung Hooman)

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

My time spent being moderator has definitely helped me realise that I need to converse and interact with opther staff before making decisions. By that I mean that as a mod you can't really ban anyone, so you have to ask a higher up for some aid which I did a lot. (Mainly Morgan and he helped lots

) Also to be more patient and not act like a crazy power house WHICH I never did but I did almost cross that road. I also gained lots of experience with solving basic problems like people being too loud, disrespectful, or being plain idiotic.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

There were times where times where I encountered people who absolutely never give up in their attempt to grief but in the end I just tried to get someone more powerful then me in the server. Theres a player who goes by Erdim Vincent on the server and he uses a hyper scroll mouse. I was very salty over the fact he had this advantage and honestly got a little heated. So I did lash out a bit but to me was for a legitimate reason, because he was getting all these legit style WRs with no skill what so ever. But I ended up just facing the fact that he had this mouse and that really everyone has access to this advantage and I spoke a little sense into him and he did so with me. So we are kinda chill now.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello, now that you have become a moderator type !admin to bring up a menu where you have 3 capabilities being teleporting, muting someones mic (Gag), and muting someone in chat (Mute). use these when necessary and only when necessary. Be sure to give warnings as well and for the love of god don't start thinking you're a god because you have a few commands. No one likes pretentious staff!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello X, I see that you have submitted an appeal for a ban I gave you. It is possible that I have made a mistake and you weren't actually in the wrong here. So I will let it slide this time and shorten/lift your ban. (depending on proof and reason) But in return I'd appreciate that you make sure not to do anything suspicious since you have already been banned once and there won't be a second chance. My apologies and good luck!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).

I believe i have become a rather large part of the BHOP community as I know pretty much everyone on the server and easily make friends with everyone. I do have previous experience as an Administrator so I believe I am qualified for the rank. I do my best to get to the source of the problem and find some alternatives before just dropping a ban, muting, gagging, and kicking. I also just want to be able to administrate the server when no other staff are on so I don't always need to bother someone else about it.

I hope you see me fit for this rank and I can't wait for the feedback!
