What is Ghosting? and give an example:(Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a player is dead and the give information to someone who is alive about what death has done or will do. For example on multi choice platforms a ghost would tell someone who is alive what buttons Death has chosen so they can pass.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another play[/b]er or staff member.)

I would give a warning for disrespectful behavior. Any further rudeness would result in the player being gaged/muted. In some cases where they player is extremely disrespectful I would kick them and if they continued to return I would ask for an Admin to give the player a Ban for 24 hrs. Continuation of this behavior will result in a permanent ban that I would request from an Admin.

I perceive myself to be very hardworking, dedicated, loyal and helpful. I am active as i play on both servers. Although I haven't played on server 2 very much I will try my best to make sure I have equal game time on both servers. I want to ensure everyone has an amazing and fair experience on Zarp Gaming's Deathrun Servers. I wish to make new friends and please everyone in the best way I can. I'll treat everyone with the same respect they deserve and I will never discriminate anyone even in they worst of situations.

As I'm curently on holiday, can't say that I've seen you, but here's what I can say:

On the "How would you deal with a disrespectful player" section, it's not clear whether you are using the awarn system straight away or warning him verbally. Usually we first Verbally warn the player and if he continues that's when we use the awarn system and the gag/mute commands.
Other than that, application looks nice. Try to improve activity until the next meeting.
