example in ghosting:
Ghosting is when player 1 and 2 are both runners and player 1 dies, player 1 then tells player 2 which traps are activited and which are not activated he could also tell player 2 which trap is not safe and which trap is safe
here is my examble
Player 1 : Hey player 2 which is false floor Green or Red
Player 2 : Green is the false floor so jump red

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would first warn the person if he keep being disrespectful i would gag/mute
i would use kick as an last option becuase i think that mute or gag would be enough
but it depend on what situation it is

Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator

Because i used to be an admin on other servers so i have now when to judge and when not to
The reason i really want to be a moderator for this server is because it is my favorite server on Garry's Mod and one of my freinds are also playing on this server as an admin Dexxy so he will be able to train me in all the commands and names of others admins. i like the idea of being able to help other people that are in need of help that gives me a nice feeling.

With this part of your application you shouldn't warn the person first, if somebody is disrespecting then the first things you will want to do is mute/gag him depending on if they're using voice or text. This is because if you warn him first the time it takes you to gag him he will probably disrespect even more. You should never start a shout vote to gag/mute somebody, this is because if somebody is disrespect then it's a lot faster to just mute/gag them yourself.

I feel like your application could be more detailed and you could make it look a bit nicer by adding colours and formatting it. However if you keep your activity up until next meeting I will plus support you, just make these changes above and have active game time. Good luck!
