In Character related information should merely be relayed (when appropriate and coincident with the other rules) through the In Character channels. This also applies vice-versa, as out of character information should not be used in character.

player y would get a warning for rdm and lying

Player Y would get a warning for NLR & if player X is wrong then he/she gets a warning for false claim

if it is printer storage & he/she is building & has a building sign then the people raiding would get a warning but if there are no building signs then the person who put in the OCC chat will get a warning for false claim

I will warn Anyone who is breaking the rules on the server, Do F1's/ people who need help in the OCC chat, try not to break any rules & set a good example for everyone else who is playing & maybe people will vote me for mayor...
if i see someone breaking the rules I will give them a warning & not use Corporal punishment in game & this will be no exception for Moderators, Admins, Super Admins, Head Admins or even the owner... I am British so some Americans who use American Slang I probably Wont recognise. I will not be rude to anyone in chat or have Racist RP names in-Game, I will Not Tolerate Gender or Religious Inequality In chat so anyone who says:"All Muslims are Terrorists", I will give them a warning even if its not in the rules or if someone says:"Women were only made to Do house Work & have Babies & have S*x" & will also not tolerate Racial Inequality such as if someone says:
