What is Ghosting? : When you are dead affecting the gameplay helping other survived people
Example- Helix Map: the guy need to remember code but dead guys Spams the code and thats example of ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful : First time im gonna make a warn to him for 2 or 3
times after that if he dont stop i will kick him
-First we need to make 3 or 4 warns after that if the guy/girl dont stop disrespect staff or just player gotta kick him

Why i would be chosen ? : I like to help many servers and help people to be happy on servers, if some people dont know rules i will tell them the rules, Beeing moderator is so big work because you need to look for people that can be bad and you need to stop them. We need more justice people and im gonna help other people be on Gaming Server!
+ i know all the rules, so i hope if you get me to mods the Zarp gaming gonna change in good side :3

I can't find your gametrackers either which can mean a few things:
1. You have changed your steam name a few times since you last played.
2. You haven't been on the server before.

I've also never seen you on the server.

I cannot find your game trackers so this says that you've never played on the servers. If you have please put previous names in. Also maybe give some more examples of a disrespectful player and how to deal with them too it will give us more understanding of what you do.

I've never seen you. So I don't know where you got this '500'' hours from but please be on for the next 14-21 days as meetings are cancelled and proof you are worthy enough.

I couldn't find your game tracker links after searching over all your recent names, this suggests you have not played the server or you have very low game time. Try to be an active member of the server, the recommend game time before applying if 15 hours and a solid active week of playing.


I would suggest giving them 1 verbal warning, if they continue to disrespect then just gag/mute then and give them a warning, this is because if they don't listen to you the first time the chances are they won't the second time. You also do not mention the gag/warn command. If somebody is disrespecting then you shouldn't kick them straight away.

You mention that you have 500 hours on gmod, I've not seen you on a zarp server before, so try to be more active and show the staff team that you have got what it takes to become a moderator.

For now I will have to give you a minus support, this is because of the points I've raised above. If you make these changes and get your game time up then I will change my verdict.
