I play on Server 2 as well and check 30day on both Servers i was on zarp 95% every day

I learnt from my mistake and I am never going to do it again.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I handled lots of F1 and I dealt with lots of rule breakers as a Moderator I am a mod for 3weeks now so I learnt everything:
how to stay calm, how to handle mass rule breakers and how to handle disrespecters so if I would become an admin it would be much easier and faster to deal with people and to help them also I would have the chance to help them a lot more which would be intense because I love helping people.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
In my first week I was on S1 and I was the only member of staff who is not AFK or on the server. There was a massive RDMing in spawn so I started handleing the F1s because all off them was RDM. I tp-ed the first guy up to the admin area at spawn but when I was talking to him a cop came below us and tased the guy that I was hellping so I tp-ed myself down and I told him to pls don't tase or arrest that guy becaue he is in a mod sit but he did not listen to me and he tased him again and the guy that I was helping glitched down and the cop arrested him so I tp-ed the cop up to me and I frooze him and I told him that I will talk ti him after then I tp-ed the guy back to me but when he was talking a random guy came and stardet saying (sry for the language) "Go suck my dick you fuckin shit moderator my ass is better then you you little 5years old shit" (NOTE: this all happened in 1minute) so I tp-ed him up to me and I frooze him the a random citizen with a lmg RDM-ed me and the guy who I was helping so I tp him up as well and I frooze him and then the guy that I was handleing(who made the F1) that it was this guy. The thing that I learnt in my other 2weeks if I look back the best thing that I could do is warn the cop for Arrestign person in sit and tp him back then warn the disrespecter and tp him back and if he comes back kick him and warn the RDMer for RDMing mod and a person who is in sit and if the guy would have enough
evidences I would warn him again for RDM

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

as you might notised that your Tab and F1 menu has changed and a new menu the F6 came into play.
If you click on a player in tab menu you will see theese options

As you might know if you click on the name or SteamID it will copy it

Only use this command if you can't do anything els eg. no Admins or + Don't kick anyone straight away
also kick is useful if someone is refuses to remove propblock
I recomend to use this command from tab but it is up to you

Kick: /kick [SteamID]

This is used when someone gets false demoted

Unban From Job: Select the player in tab then click Unban from job then select the job

Its good to stop RDMers RDA-ers etc or people from misbehaving in sit
If you do it from tab I recomend Indefinitely freeze

Freeze: /freeze [name or SteamID]

I recomend to use it from Tab but it is again up to you
Always use silent or normal

Slay: /slay [Name or SteamID] [silent, normal, rocket, explode]

This command will tp the person or you where ever you are looking at
It works in the same way in Tab or in chat
I recomend to make a bind in console for this so you can tp yourself anywhere fast type this in console "bind [key eg. i] say /tp"

Teleport or TP: /tp [Name or SteamID]

It tps you to the person you can also select this in F1 but we will get to that later

Goto: /goto [name or SteamID]

It is nearly the same as tp but its just tps him to you
I recomend to don't use it that much because sometimes it glitches out Back

Bring: /bring [Name or SteamID]

It tps the player to his last location

Back: /back [name or SteamID]

It tps the player to spawn

Backspawn: /backspawn [name or SteamID]

It unwarns the person who might made a unwarn reqouest or been excidently warn
I recomend to use SteamID

Unwarn: /unwarn [name or SteamID]

Chat with member of staffs

Admin Chat: inchat   @ [text] or   /// [text]

Never warn without a sit and always let the person know why they are getting warned and give them a chance if they want to explain what happened
It gives a warning to the person 3 warn = kick 4 warns = 1hours Ban

Warn: /warn [SteamID or name] [reason] | always use SteamID!

Don't afk in this job and use it for F1s

Mod on Duty Job: Its a none RP job just slimply click it like you would for a normal job

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I spoke to an other member of stuff and we discussed to shorten your ban to x time, in this time you will have time to read the rules and think about what did you done and will you do in future.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because I love zarp I put all my effort into to help people and if I would be an admin I could help them a lot more and also I can get a lot more rule breakers for example i remember when I saw someone prop pushing he just jumped into a car a drove of and I did not saw his name and if I would be able to use my phys gun I could get him but there is lots of other reasons like lots of people did'nt trust me or disrespect me and I think I am trusted enaugh by mods and admins
to desorve the trust for the whole comunity I try doing F1 best as I can but I always need to deel with rule breakers who are refuse to follow my instrucktions like stop mic spaming stop being raceist etc I know that I can call an admin if thats the case but admins are busy and I don't wan't to bother them. I love zarp I put all my time into zarp I am not playing on any other servers or games.
