What is ghosting - Ghosting is when someone tells a runner if a death has pressed a button or which button he pressed for example they could have a trap with two doors and the death has to choose what door the runner has to go through to survive and someone who is dead is spectating the death and they guy spectating tells the runner which door to go through.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? - i would mute of gag the player for a certain amount of time after a warning. Then when i have had them muted or gagged for 5 - 10 min if they keep disrespecting i would kick them.

Why I should be chosen - I think i should be chosen because i have been admin on the server called Banana gaming which is now shut down and i am mod on distribution gaming deathrun so i have more experience than many other players and i will be on most days and i will be on alot on the weekends almost all day and my favorite thing to do to a server is help every other player if there are no other mods or admins on i can be there to fit in and help everyone i know all they rules pretty much and i know what to do in most difficult situations which new players / mods who have a little less experience might not know what to do. I like to follow higher staff's orders as i do not like disrespecting staff as i would not like someone to disrespect me if i was a mod. I hate to abuse powers it ruins the game for you and all of the players trying to have a good time on the server. I am also very kind and helpful to all the players on the server.

When dealing with a disrespectful player you should not have them gagged/muted for 5-10mins, at the end of the map the player will be automaticly ungagged/unmuted. The only reason to ungag someone is if you accidental gag them.

You mentioned that you are mod currently on another server, It's against ZARP rules to be staff on multiple servers, as they want you to dedicate your time to their server, so before applying for a moderator position you would have to sort that out.

I've tried checking your server 2 game tracker and couldn't find it what suggests you've not played on server 2.
Your game tracker link on server 1 links to the wrong location.
You only have 400 Minutes on server 1

Other than that your application is good!
The minimum time recommended is 15 hours before applying for staff

You cannot be a staff member on Zarp if you are currently a staff member on another server.

Things you can do:

- Increase your activity on server 1 and 2
- Unfortunately you would have to resign from your other moderator position
- Tweak your disrespect answer and maybe not put all your app in bold
- Fix gametracker links to your specific profile, looks like there's 3 different people with a similar name, not sure if they're all your account or not.

Thanks for applying for Zarp. Your application is good and all but you need too add in your server 2 game tracker
Link Here -Your hours are good on server 1, even though I've never seen you so I wouldn't know how you act upon as a player.
Try play on some server 2 before Friday so it can upper your chances of getting staff.

You could also maybe make the application look a lot nicer if you didn't Bold everything. Maybe only the questions as it will make it look for appealing and professional.
There is one bad thing was a big problem to the community for Zarp it's about you being staff on another server. So you would have to make the decision to leave your community and join us or not join Zarp staff team for now.

For now it's going to be a but after the things I've suggested have been fixed I will change it to an
