example in ghosting:
Ghosting is when player 1 and 2 are both runners and player 1 dies, player 1 then tells player 2 which traps are activited and which are not activated he could also tell player 2 which trap is not safe and which trap is safe
here is my examble
Player 1 : Hey player 2 which is false floor Green or Red
Player 2 : Green is the false floor so jump red

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
I would first warn the person if he keep being disrespectful i would gag/mute or
start an vote to gag or mute him i would use kick as an last option becuase i think that mute or gag would be enough
but it depend on what situation it is

Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator

Because i used to bee an admin on other servers so i have now when to judge and when not to
The reason i really want to be a moderator for this server is because it is my favorite server on Garry's Mod and one of my freinds are also playing on this server as an admin DZXE so he will be able to train me in all the commands and names of others admins. i like the idea of being able to help other people that are in need of help that gives me a nice feeling.

Your application is not really following the questions we apply for you so I'm going to show you the questions you need to answer

[b][b]Why I should be chosen:[/b][/b] (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template.  (This part should be at least 75 words)))

This should help you out on how you should do your application

I also see you have some low activity so I'm going to say that you should work on that before Friday.

Champ, your activity is disappointing and inconsistent which shows that you may not be very dedicated to our servers - or you're just getting on when you can.

I would just gag or mute despend on what if he use he's mic or not

Sorry but we don't jump to conclusions like this. You should always deliver a verbal warning before issuing a gag/mute. I'd recommend mentioning that you would warn them and gag/mute them if they carried on after your verbal warning.

example in ghosting:

Where is your explanation of the Ghosting rule? We expect you to know the rules well enough to explain what they mean on the spot; this is why the question is in place. You seem to understand the rule well enough to perhaps enforce it if you were staff but we still expect to be able to explain the rule in detail.

Not entirely true. Different servers have different staff systems, way of staffing and different commands to staff the server with. By your application it seems that you still have the staff mentality of your other server judging by the way you would deal with a Disrespectful player.

If she is your friend, I'd recommend observing and ask how she deals with the server's rulebreakers. Maybe then you can break out of your previous staff mentality and adapt to our way of server moderation.
