When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I feel like it would appropiate to use the ban command when someone is being very disrespectful towards other players and staff memebers after being both verbally warned and warned asking him to stop when he is ungagged/unmuted for the next map and he continues with this behaviour i would then ban the player also another time i could use the ban command is when someone leaves to avoid their punishment which i will explain more in the next question below and how i had to get around it

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I had this happen a few times but i will take 1 example, I was the only Mod/Admin on at the time and had 1 player being very rasict and very disrespectful i first verbally wanred him to stop being disrespectful and then he started being rasict i then muted and gagged the player and warned him for what he had done, but the next map he started doing it again so i took screenshots and when an admin came on the i got the player banned (i belive the admin was DZXE i may be wrong)

I feel like i should be promoted because i have been a Mod for 2 weeks now and ive had alot of issues where i needed someone banning because i mainly play when no other mods/admins are on i also feel like i have done a good job so far as a Mod and i have played daily and made alot of new freinds on the Deathrun server im having alot of fun with it I also understand the server rules and comands and fel like i would be able to handle being an Admin. Hey Macca! Thanks for applying for admin. I've never really seen you on (probably because we're on different servers) but I hear good comments about you from the other members. Your application is very neat and detailed which I'm impressed with. Maybe the activity is broken but I would just suggest to play a lot to prove that. It's a from me! I have seen that you have tried your hardest to be active with your SSRP responsibilities as well as Deathrun so that explains your slight inconsistency in the activity. To improve on this and show that you're going to be a dedicated and active Administrator you'll need to make sure to average around 1, 1.5 or 2 hours a day heading up through Friday prove that you're willing to fulfill your duties even further as an Admin as well as being more active and ready when you're needed.

Your application is impressive as you have clearly answered questions correctly and hopefully truthfully; not to mention that you have a consistent colour scheme and format providing a clean and smooth application. I haven't seen you on the server that often as: We may be on at different times, your activity isn't impressive and maybe you just haven't been making your presence known. To make sure myself and other staff members discover your attitude towards players on the server and your duties as a staff member; try and communicate with staff members more in and out of the game, deal with more situations as I have personally not seen you handle a large amount of situations and help out more often in meetings.

Thanks for the feedback stratic my activity will improve and I don't really talk other mods/admins in team speak because sometimes when I join I feel awkward like I don't know what to say if other people will judge me but I will start to try to join team speak more often and I feel like my attitude is fine towards other members playing the server I get along with many of them and it was only my first meeting last week so I was just trying to find my ground with everyone in the meeting but Friday coming I will try my best to help out in the meeting and again thank you for the feedback
