Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I have learnt a lot as a moderator. I have a very good understanding of the rules and I have learnt how to be fair on players why'll being punished. Normally I will look at the players warnings and check to see if they've broken this rule before and how long ago. If they have a recent warn for the rule they have broken they'll get another warn.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
My hardest situation was when people were RDMING (5-6 people) I had to freeze them and stand behind them because they kept killing me in the sit. I tried to do what I would do in any sit. Tell them what there doing wrong etc. But they didn't talk, didn't even seem like they were listening. So in the end I had to get a admin to ban them.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello! My name is Aidan and I'm here to guide you and help you become a moderator. I'd first like to congratulate you on being accepted to be a moderator.
F1 Menu
When you press F1 you will no longer see a box were it says enter the reason for your F1. Nope this is a whole new layout. You'll see three new tabs, Admin Requests, Warnings and logs. You will also see a search bar. But we will go through these 1 step at a time.
Admin requests:
You will see here that there are F1's! On the far left of that F1 is a priority. You should ALWAYS do F1's by priority. You will also see the players name. This will help you identify who reported it. Now you can see the reason section. This will describe what the F1 is about. There is also a handled by section. This will help you find out if anyone is currently doing the F1. Now if you right click on the F1. You will see, Handle this, Mark as discard/spam and copy. Discard/Spam should only be used if the player has put something like "I hate the admins" Handle this is obviously to handle the F1. Now when you handle the F1 it will then say. Mark this as complete, Abort handling this and copy.
Warnings:
This will show all the warnings from when you have joined. By who, who got warned, reason and Total active warns.
Logs
Here you can search almost anything. Death logs, arrest logs, name change logs, arrest logs. These are only to be used in non-rp stuff.
F6
F6 can be used to see everyones warns/ban/kicks/jails, You will only be using this for meetings or in sits.
Comands
/// - Speak to other staff
/freeze & /unfreeze - Can be accessed through TAB
Slay - Only acsessed through TAB menu. You'd use this if someone refused to drop there weapon or because they were blocking you
Back - Pretty self explanitory
/warn
/unwarn
You will also have a keypad checker. Use this to check the time of a fading door, if its linked to keypads and if its even a fading door!

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would give my opinion on the situation and speak to the admin dealing with the situation. I would then allow them to make there verdict on the thread/color]


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted to admin because I want to help out more but I'm currently restricted to what I can do. I'd lik to help out with ban request ban appeals and make the experiance over all more enjoyable. I feel I have worked very hard as a moderator and learnt a lot about the server and the community. I think I would fit the role as a admin because I know how to use my powers correctly and make sure they're also used fairly. I know all the rules and rarely slip up on them. I always try to make the best outcome for all the players in a F1. I feel I have improved the way I handle F1's and no longer rush them. I handle them a lot better now in my opinion

@KingPin I'm usually on server 1 doing F1's or raiding. When I reply to your thread I'm usually later and I look at your app and the comments. The comments usually cover the advice I would give you. I'm sorry if I come of in a bad way to you
