How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
I should invite the bully and the victim into a private chat room and ask the bully why he called a victim a certain word.
Then I'd ask the victim if he said anything to the bully first. Finally I'd just tell the bully and victim not to call anyone a certain word if they might have or have not said that word for whatever reason and I'd also tell them just ask an Administrator or Mod for help.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
I am not yet familiar with TS3 features yet but I can learn from another admin or mod such as Bruce or Officer Noodles.

Why I should be chosen?
I should be chosen because I'm on most of the times other Mods or Admins or not on. In that time period I have witnessed people being RDM'ed and RDA'ed and there is no one to help them. People lost their diamond pickaxes and other valuable stuff hard for some players to obtain and I want to help those people and the ZARP Gaming Community.
