What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is the act of one or more dead players spectating an alive enemy player, with the intent of revealing his or her actions or location to their alive team members, giving them an unfair situational advantage. An example would be a dead runner checks weather a death is standing next to the traps switch or not so he can then tell his alive runners to proceed without worry. Or in traps with multiple choices the ghost can tell the alive runners which platforms are safe to jump on.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: Give a warning and or mute them and if it gets to out of hand call in an admin.

Why I should be chosen: I'm a laid back dude who just want to enjoy the game and at least once per map I see someone either trap stealing or activating all of the traps all in a row with no runners even near them which leads to an easy win for the runners and a frustrating end to the deaths because all the traps are already gone. And obviously I can easily notice when someone is being unreasonable in the chat or other ways. I just want to get rid of the people who ruin the fun.

Your activity is actually pretty good, it's just your total gametime that needs to be improved. The application is well written, except for the "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" question, i think you should give a better explanation.
So improve your gametime, at least 300 more minutes, but i'm sure you'll get that before the meeting on friday
