Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. When player x kills player y with out starting RP. Example - player x is walking down the road and then player y shoots player x with out saying a word or starting rp in any way.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.NLR is when you cannot remember anything from your past life and when you die you cannot go back there for another until 3 minutes are up. - Example you get killed at bank, you cannot go back there until 3 minutes are up, neither can you get revenge on the person that killed you as you can't remeber anything from your past life.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Meta gaming is when player x is using a third party software such as Skype to communicate with player. It also comes into play when player x uses OCC to talk to another player, rp related. Example - Player x has just been killed by player y, player x then puts over occ asking play n to kill or get revenge on player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would bring player y and player x to a sit and ask them both their points of view. Then I would warn player y for RDM, if I feel necessary.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would brig player x and player y to a sit and ask them what happened, If play y admits to breaking NLR I would then warn him. However if he doesn't I would ask player x if he has any proof and if not I would give play y a verbal warning and let them both go.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided - I would bring player x to a sit and tell him that he cannot use OCC for stuff like that, I would then (depending how he's acting) give him a warning for FairRP or just give him a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I wish to become part of the staff team, because I want to take a role were I can give back to the community for all of the wonderful time I have had on Zarp. However there's also been not so great times when someone RDM's you and you can't do anything either because you've been making F1s but staff aren't or just busy. Also I feel that people who break RP and troll are those people that are out to ruin the game play experience for others. I feel this role can be rewarding because not only do you gain more knowledge you also get to improve the server by improving the player that make the server run. Also I am a calm and assertive guy and will always look fairly at both sides of the story no matter who those people are. I will never take into terms what me and the individuals have done or encountered in the past and just think of it like I've never met them before and this is the first time to avoid any inconvenience. I have good judgement skills and I always listen to the full story, so if they're lying I could ask them about what they said before. Finally I will never act on a situation without good clear evidence, It is never good if someone gets the wrong end of the stick and comes to the wrong conclusion because that person being accused of something could be completely innocent.

Your gametrackers might be bugged as it says you have absolutely no activity this past week. If this is not a bug then that's bad for aspiring staff.
For your metagame rule explanation, then third party software like Skype can't really be counted as meta gaming, it's more "PM'ing" to be fair. Else all of us talking together and working together on Teamspeak should all get one big whooping warning for Meta Gaming.

Otherwise the application is one of the better I have seen, though with some short specific answers for the scenarios but that is not a problem.

Your application is ok, I would change the color of the font tho... its very hard to read. You have 3 recent warnings wich shows me that you obviously disrespected some rules. As moderator you should play with the rules.

I have changed the colour of the text, and for the "attempted RDM" warn, that was an accident. I was tabbed out of game, then I clicked to go in it didn't load straight way so I clicked again then it tabbed back in and shot a bullet, which happened to be an admin. As for the raid able entities with building sign I forgot I even had a building sign down as I was building at the top of the flats and I put the building sign down stairs at the bottom too and forgot it was there. When a mod teleported me to a sit I did not believe him until he showed me. It was because I argued that I didn't have one when I did that he gave me the warn. As for the NLR I have no excuse for, however it will never happen again

Hello Dave Mathers I have reviewed your SSRP application, and taken activity and general knowledge into consideration and how you would handle situations given to you; I have now evaluated my decision and here are some things you will need to take into consideration:

- You do not have the required 2 week activity the staff team we are looking for, you only have 1 day of activity with you playing only 32 minutes meaning you lied about your overall time on the server. I also did some investigation and was yet to find any other gametrackers than the ones you provided.

- When dealing with any sit at all, you need valid proof you can't just warn the player without proof. This is going for the same for NLR too, you need to have proof from the User who made the F1.

- The play bank is getting raided, so your going to interupt his RP and allow people to raid by TPing him away. Instead of kindly asking in OOC can you not metagame?

- Your app seems very rushed and short lived, with yet added color asked by other people above me even you you ignored them. If you'd like help with BB code by all means add me on steam.

- As said by others above, you also have recent warns once again limiting the acceptance rate.

For the NLR, you near enough put what I put in my app. I said if he admits to breaking NLR I would warn him. Then I also said, if he doesn't then I would ask the reporting player if he has any proof. Then I said that if he doesn't have proof I would let them both go.

The game tracker is glitched. If you look at my steam profile you will see that I have custom letters, so game tracker doesn't pick them up. I have also changed my in game RP name to "Dave Mathers" and if you search that in game tracker nothing will show up. Please do not accuse me of lying on my application until you're certain, which clearly you aren't.

I have not rushed my app, it took me just under and hour. Also you're wrong again, I did change the colour of from lime green, which they said it's hard to read to black which is much easier to read.

The last thing with the OOC thing. I never said I would TP him to a sit straight away. I would wait until either he's died or the RP has finished.

I don't agree with most of the things you've said as you're trying to give me negative support, so much you're making things up.
