Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario - I Would Tell Them That Random Death Match Is The Act Of Killing Someone For A Non RP Reason. For Example If You Did Not Like The Other Players Suit And You Kill Them For That Then That Is Considered RDM (Random Death Match).

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario - I Would Tell Them That New Life Rule Is The Act Of Remembering and/or Returning To Same District. For Example If One Player Was Killed In His Base With A RPG Then He Returned That Would Be Considered NLR (New Life Rule).

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario - I Would Tell Them That Metagaming Is The Act Of Using The Command /Advert For A Non RP Message and/or Doing The Command /ooc For A Rp Reason. For Example If one Player Wanted To Meet Up With His Friend And Did /Advert (Rpname) Meet Me At Fountain, That Would Be Considered Meta (Metagaming).

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x - I Would Go To A Private Place Do !Bring X And !Bring Y And Ask Both There Sides And Then If It Was Actually Rdm I Would Do !warn Y RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time - I Would Again Bring Them Both To A Private Area And Ask For There Sides And Then If It Ended Up Being NLR I Would Warn Player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided - I Would Inform X That Raiding The Bank Is Not Against The Rules And Tell Him If He Needed Anything Staff Related To File A F1.

For the last one you really need to understand what it reads because you completely misinterpreted that.
It says "Player x calls for help in OOC because his bank is getting raided." this is refering to meta gaming rules which you kind of showed earlier that you don't quite grasp. Player X is breaking the meta gaming rules because he used the Out Of Character channel to relay In Character information. If he were to do it correctly he would have asked for help in /advert or one of the other In Character channels.

To be fair, that doesn't really help you if this was what you came up with after actually working hard on it.
