Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel that in the short 2 weeks i have been moderator (2 weeks on meeting day) i have encountered situations that i have dealt with such as trolls but also i feel in some situations my current powers are not enough i have found ways to work around these limitations to best my ability (contacting admins etc)

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Once when i was on the server there was an individual repeatedly being racist not only in chat but with a racist name i worked around this by muting and gagging the individual and contacted an admin to deal with my situation

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello and congratulations on being accepted for the rank of moderator im ryryster i will be training you today so to start i will tell you about your commands
Firstly we have the command chat mute which can be used in situation of someone spamming or being disrespectful in chat next we have gag command which is very similar to the chat mute command except with voice chat use this in situations like mic spamming and disrespect
now on to the last 2 commands the first of these 2 is teleport i doubt you will see much use for this but it can be used if i player is stuck/glitched and finally you can press U to communicate in admin chat if you have any questions at all add me on steam

Hello Player X I was the admin who banned you it appears that this has been you first offence so i have decided to shorten your ban/unban you please dont do it again have fun on the servers
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I have experience as a moderator on TTT and now also on here already as a moderator i have kept people within the rules with the limitations placed upon me i feel i can do my work alot easier with these powers than i do currently with the aforementioned limitations i feel im a helpful member of the community and would like to further this as a Admin
