Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I'm mod for an week now but overall I was a few months an Moderator after i got Demoted i was really sad so i tried to give my best! I really enjoyed these time! I felt very happy to help people if they do some f1s i gonna help them and these stuff, i already learned about much f1 situations some were Easy and some were Hard sometimes some other stuff members helped me but i finished them all!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

There was a Mass RDM and Propblocking guy. No other staff was online at these time or their was AFK, so i needed to freeze him save his ID and kick him. Than i waited for an higher ranked Staff member to ban him for me!

If you had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

First of all Congratulations to becoming a part at the ZARP staff team!
Now you have the Permissions to these Commands!

WARN

You need to use /warn [Steam ID] [Reason] if a player broke a rule! He gets an Autokick at 3 Warnings, at 4 Warnings he get an Temporarily ban about 1 hour!

UNWARN

You need to do /unwarn [Steam ID] if you false warned an Guy, warned an wrong guy or you made an writing Mistake. If you do it the guy is Unwarned!

Freeze Command

You need to use /freeze [Steam ID] or Use the Tab menu for it! You need these command if the guy who is getting punished runs away or tries to kill you!

Kick Command

You need to use /kick [Steam ID] Or use the Tab menu for it, if you do that the player is getting kicked from the server. Only use it if you got Special Problems Like MASS RDM or Propspam!

Teleport, Goto and Back Command

That's your Basic Commands, if you want to teleport yourself on a roof you need to do /TP or you get in the Console and do bind Any-key "say /tp" You can use these command too to get other people to yourself. Than the Goto Command you often use it to go to the people who made an f1!
You use it if you do /goto [Steam ID] or you use the Tab menu. The last teleporting Command is the Back command if you brought an guy to yourself you can get him/her back to his/her old RP position

Unban From Job Command

You need to get on the Tab menu, find the play click on him and you will see some buttons you need to click on the button which is called Unban From Job and find the job. You only need to Unban people from job if they got falsely demoted. Like they got demoted Because of RDM

Admin Chat

If you want to write with some other staff members and you need help Use ,- /// or @

F1 Menu

In the F1 Menu You can see : F1's, Warnings and Loggings in the loggings you can see all Kills, Hits, Arrests, Disconnects and Joins.

F6 Menu

There you can see All warnings from a Player!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thank you for taking the time for the appeal, I have read completely and came to the conclusion your spell from permanent to 2 weeks to put. You got an second chance Don't do something wrong! Have A nice day!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words)

I think I should be promoted to admin because i enjoyed my time as moderator. I answered many f1's and tried to help all guys on ZARP I'm to be daily active about 3-6 hours i want to make events and have fun with the community. I do not abuse my powers. I only use my powers in f1's and Events. I learnt as Mod many Commands and many F1 Situations i helped much guys but its Comming more and more Rulebreakers The Admin Rank can fix this i can handle with propblock and other things. I love this Community and try to help their, i want to catch the evil on ZARP!!!

Thanks for your Opinion, but if your online im going to Role Play. I do much f1's, its possible that you never saw me or something. But i made much! And back to the demote reason, some months ago, my Cousin made some shit on my account. I regained the trust from the Staff team. So i was allowed to Apply as mod! But its a little bit harsh from you to say NO please if you dont see me so much! Thank You for your attention!

Try to make the phrasing a bit better. To me this sounds like something from the Katheryn Tate show... "and there was this whole other thing" or it could be compared to Kaboose from red VS blue.
