Then i will teleport player y and explain the situation and ask his side of the story, then i will use mod tricks to make him admit, if that don't work i will ask player x for proof if no proof given no punishments will be received. If player x gots valid proof player y will be warned.

First of all i will TP to Player X I will say "Hello im here for your F1" I will ask him if he wants to go on a roof. If he sais yes i will tp him to a roof, i will ask him what exactly happened i will check the logs, Bring player y and explain what the situation is. I will try make him admit. If i cant i will ask for evidence. No evidence will mean no punishments given. Valid proof will be taken into a warning offensive.
