What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is to for example spectate a player and give hints or answer wich way the runners have to go to not die e.g the doors at Family guy map. If the Red door is activated, and someone is ghosting they can be like "take the green door, thats the safe way."

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: To disrespect someone is to judge other players. If a player say rude, offensive or threatening words to others, e.g "You are a fucking dick" or "I'm gonna fucking kill you motherfucker", I would gag them and give them a warning, and if they keep on being disrespectful I'll kick after 3 warnings.

Why I should be chosen: I think you should choose me because I'm a very respectful person and I'm very fear with people. I know when to act and when to not act, and racism and not being treated equal is the worst thing I know. I don't like AFK-ers and hate it when no staff is online and nobody can do anything about it. I'm online on the server everyday after school. I really like the Zarp community, because the staff is nice and they are fear, and a good sence of humor. So I hope I can be chosen as a moderator to this awsome community. I was Admin on Bananagaming when before it was shut down.

I just went on to the 'More Info' part of your Steam profile and you say you own two other gaming communities and as far as I am aware you cannot be staff at Zarp if you are already staff on, or own, another community. That's a facebook community for Norwegians tho But it seems like my gameplay time is pretty much the big issue here? Your gametime is really bad, i recommend applying when you have around 15 hours of gametime in total. Your application needs some more detail, especially the disrespectful player question.
