Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. random death match known as (RDM) were someone kills another play for no valid reason for example if mike was walking down the road and Luke killed him this would be random death match

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. new life rule know as (NLR) is when you die in roleplay and can’t go back to that area until the new life rule timer has ran out (3mins) if mike got raided by luke and shot dead and he re-entered his base then he would be warned for new life rule(NLR)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. it is when someone puts roleplay information into out of character chat (ooc) for example if mike told another player were lukes location was in ooc chat he could get warned

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would get player X to come in a sit with me then I would ask him to explain his side of the story and then I would ask him if he had any evidence of what happened. Then I would bring player y to the sit and hear his side of the story and ask him for evidence if neither of the players had evidence I would check the logs and if they matched the information on the f1 I would give player Y a warning for RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would get player X to do a sit with me then ask for evidence and his side of the story then get player Y to join the sit and hear his side of the story and ask for evidence then I would give them a verbal warning and tell them if it happens again ill give them a real warning

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: I would teleport player x ask him why he was meta gaming if he didn’t know I would tell him what it was and give him a verbal warning but if he did know what it was I would give him a real warning and tell him not to do it again or he will get another warning

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). I think I should be a member of staff because I love zarp it is the best dark RP sever out there and everyone on there are very nice people I can be a friendly guy and help people out and have a joke about but I can be a very serious roleplaying guy. I am usually on zarp for about 3-4 hours a day and thought I could help be a member of staff and on the weekends I am usually on zarp for about 5-6 hours. If I did become a mod I would help make the server better and help more people understand dark rp and help them in the right direction of becoming a good player on zarp dark RP

Too many recent warns to be trusted, recently banned, but you seem very mature on the forums and you have incredibly good activity. The negatives seem to outweigh the positives, sorry. For now, it's a:

I would like to point out that Vinny is lying, his behaviour is in no way improving and he is banned. I banned him last night. I warned him to stop causing trouble and as soon as I left him he starts RDMing people in spawn.

Everything what has been said is enough for me to decide:
