Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I know i am a new moderator,but i have done a lot of f1's and handled many hard situations.
What i like more as a mod is, that i can contribute to the server and help people spent their time more pleasantly.
Being an Admin will help me handle some hard situations easier and make the server run even smoother.
Also being an admin will give me the opportunity to make events and what i like more doing events is that i can bring some happiness to the players of the server.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

Well i play many hours to the server and it was one time there was no admin available.
The server start becoming laggy and more laggy at the point that no one couldn't move.
I thought that someone is prop spamming and start checking some guys.
There was a team(if i remember good, the name was vortex) that was mass breaking rules
and i thought maybe someone of them is prop spamming.
I teleported to each one of this guys,all of them expect 2 was at spawn.
I teleported to the 2 missing guys and saw that they was prop spamming,i took a screenshot and kicked one of them(i checked who's props was and kicked that guy)then the other guy saw that i kicked his friend and removed his props alone.
I contacted with morgan(via steam) and told him that i found the guy was prop spamming and that i have proofs.
Morgan banned that guy and connected to the server to spectate the rest of them.
Thanks god after kicking the guy was prop spamming the lag stopped and the server was running smooth again.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

I wrote this guide so new mods such as you can get a grip on the position.

There are 3 menus that you can use as mod

F1 Menu:

At the f1 menu you will see 3 panels:Admin Requests,Warnings,Loggings

Admins Requests:
Here you can see all the active f1's,the reporter, who is handling it and the time that the f1 is active.
When you see a new f1, you can right click to handle it,discard if its a spam or copy the following:Reason,Reporter,Reporter Steam id,Time

Warnings:
Here you can see all the current session warns.
You can warn,unwarn or copy the following:Reason,Player,Player steam id,Date,Total Warns

Loggings:
Here you can see Kills,Deaths,Logins,Disconnects,Hits,Warrants,Demotes etc.
You can copy the following:Time,Player Information(Player Name,Steamid),Full Log

F6 Menu:
Here you can find all the player warnings.
You can select one online player and check his warnings or search using the steam id.
When you select a player you can see the following:Date,Type,Reason/Type,Admin(who warned/banned the player)
You can also right click at the warning/ban and copy the following:Time,Admin,Full log

Tab Menu:(you can use it as a normal player but now as mod you have more options)

When you press tab you can see all the online players.
When you click a player name you will see the following options:Kick,Unban from job,Freeze(idefinitely,10secs-10mins),Slay,Mute,Teleport,GoTo,Bring,Back.
You can also copy his Steam id.

Commands:

/Warn
The Warn command will give players a permenant a permanent warn,
it will show up on the F6 menu (as i explained you).
If the player gets 3 warnings, he gets kicked.
If the player gets 4 warnings, he gets temporarily banned.

Command:
/Warn (Player/SteamID/RPName) (Reason)

/Unwarn
The UnWarn command removed the player's last warning.
You can use the /unwarn command only if you made a mistake such as:Warn the wrong player,Punishment was too harsh or if the player make an unwwarn request at forums and got accepted.

Command :
/Unwarn (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Kick
The kick command can be used to force disconnect a player from the server,
this can be usedl in cases where people are constantly breaking the rules(Mass rdm,nlr,propspamm etc).
Remember using the /kick command dont ban the player it only kick him from the server(the player can login again so you have to watch out)

Command :
/Kick (Player/SteamID/RPName) (Reason)

/Freeze
The freeze command takes away a player's movement and ability to turn,
which is useful to stop a player breaking the rules(you can freeze a player using the tab menu as i explained you).

Command :
/Freeze (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Slay
The slay command is useful for killing players when they are breaking a rule,its more commonly used when a citizen or a shop owner etc. have a big gun.

Command :
/Slay (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Tp
The tp command teleports you or another player where your crosshair is pointing to,
without a player name or with your name teleports you there,
filling it with a player's name teleport him there(Be careful when you type a player name be sure that is the correct and thats only 1 player and not more with the same name,using steam id will be better).

Command :
/Tp (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Bring
The bring command lets you bring a player to you.

Command :
/Bring (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Goto
The goto command allows you to teleport to another player.

Command :
/Goto (Player/SteamID/RPName)

/Back
The back command allows you to teleport you or another player
back to the previous location was before the teleportation(Remember /back does not work with /bring,the /back command only works with the /tp command)

Command :
/Back (Player/SteamID/RPName)


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Prop-spamming is a serious offence and i want to make you understand that what you did affected all the players was online and ruined their server expirience.
In your ban appeal i see that you put effort in your application and that you feel sorry.
I can also see that you are ready not to break any rules again at the server.
For that reason i am gonna reduce your ban to 1 week and let you read the read the rules more carefuly.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Admin rank will give me the opportunity to help more peaple better.
I can handle many hard situations easier and make sure everone understand and respect the rules.
I can also teach new moderators to achieve their goals and be better in many situations that they will meat.
I try my hardest and put so much effort, so the server run smooth without rule breakers,being an admin will help me alot to achieve that.
I really love helping the server(you can't imagine how much),helping new players and handle f1s
For me Zarp is a big family and making me an admin will be an Honor.

I'm not going to be a hypocrite here but I've actually never saw you do 1 f1, As either I'm busy or your always afk with your shop open. You seem like a nice guy but sometimes you can't be, I've saw someone asking you in chat for help and you walked straight past him and ignored him and what I think staff shouldn't do as we're here to help the server not just ignore someone as you can't be bothered to do there situation. So, Right now I'll give my final vote on you in the meeting as I need to know more about you and how other's think you're doing at being a Moderator. Plus on the other hand, I don't think it's very professional of you to ask other admins to vote on your app man, Your application will be viewed every Saturday at the meeting, I know you just want our opinions on it, But you should really wait until the meeting for us to vote on it man, not pm-ing us in-game to give you a vote.

You're a good mod, you just need to stop AFKing with your shop open so people stop thinking you do nothing.

*I usualy play:11:00 - 16:00,18:00-01:00 uk time,this times i am active and doing f1s.
