Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
-First off, I'd teach them how to strafe/air strafe. (Mostly teach them about sync as well)
-Secondly, teach them different techniques. This includes wiggling, strafing in and out, also how to maintain speed, control it, and slow down.
-Lastly if they are still having any sort of trouble i would reference them to a few videos and !tutorial.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
-I would ask them to stop in a firm manner.
-If they persisted i would give them a fair warning of the consequences, such as being gagged or muted.
-If after being un-muted they keep it up i would do my best to contact a superior such as an administrator and inform them of the disruption.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
If i saw someone abusing an exploit I would let them know what they are doing is unintended and warn them of the consequences. (kick or possibly ban)

Why I should be chosen
I have experience with being an operator, moderator, and admin on a few other servers (Mostly Rarebreed Gaming deathrun) so this isn't my first time being trusted with powers. I believe that I am accepted by the community as I have made many friends on the server since I joined.

Extra Information
I should be on everyday but I have basketball on every Tuesday and Thursday so I might not be on every once in a while for those days. I should be able to be on those days though!
