Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

I have only spent 1 week as a moderator but being an administrator will expand my options in helping people and i would love to create events so the players can have a good time!

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

A large amount of hobos were basing, i required the assistance of an administrator to help me clear the situation.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello and welcome to the Zarp SSRP staff team, I congratulate you on achieving the rank of moderator. I am here to train and get you fit and well to moderate users for the SSRP servers. First of all you need to understand that this is a voluntary job and you are doing this to help the community and SSRP server. Second of all when you are going to help someone with an F1 request or anyone in general you always need to understand and comprehend his story of what happened, Always ask for proof and use it if possible. Third of all if you cannot understand either parts of the story do not hesitate to ask them to repeat. Fourth of all if you feel that you can not handle the sit please ask for help and or ask for someone else to take over. Fifth of all abusing your powers will result in a punishment as you need to understand that your powers are meant only to help users no more. Sixth of all Have fun and do not be afraid to ask help.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would talk to the administrator that banned him and get his side of the story if it is appealing enough i would speak to a Head Admin+ about him and if the head administrator feels that he should be giving a chance i would speak to him and unban him afterwards.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I would like to be promoted to even help users with understanding and acknowledging the rules and i would love to help moderators with their job so they can possibly achieve the rank of administrators, other than that i would greatly appreciate the opportunity of being an administrator and i assure you i will do my job to the fullest and help as many as i possibly could. Only downside is that you have only spend 1 week as moderator, and I believe you should spend a little more time before you think about making a promotion application, nevertheless, I still give you my seal of approval.
