What is Ghosting?
Ghosting is when another player tells the people alive information that could change the outcome of the game. For example which portal is safe, and which isn't.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I try to negotiate with him and if he did not stop so I will give him a warning... and if i saw it more with this guy ill give him again warning and slay ... And the third time i would kick him for being disrespectful. :/ ....

Why I should be chosen: because im friendly with other players and I get along with other players and i dont get mad to others im active alot and i do not threaten others andd i help others and give tips for them... i dont use mic alot so i cant micspam... i have 2 warnings because my brother.... i keep care of others and will protect them... hmm well i know the rules... i will follow them always... i will be always friendly to others... and i will give warnings only if i have to and i must have a good reason for it...and I am polite to others..../ thats why u should pick me for that job...

Your activity is great and you help a lot in game. Delete everything in () like the (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting) so it's easier to read.
Your "What is ghosting?" And "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" question is not detailed enough, add some more text.

I know that you share account with your brother because you told me that, so if you get moderator then your brother shouldn't be playing on the server, so he doesn't abuse.
