What is Ghosting?
Ghosting is when a alive player helps an alive player, even if he says wrong it's still ghosting. Example: A dead player tell the alive players which door to go through. That player would be muted or gagged and recieve a warning for ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? I would tell the player to stop disrespecting, if they don't they will recieve a mute or gag, and a warning. Example: A player calls another player an asshole which is disrespecting.

I think I should be chosen because I have 147 hours on garry's mod and i'm very active on Zarp Deathrun.
I deserve it because i'm fair I will not abuse it. I'm very nice and helping. I see alot of situations where people ghost or micspam. And they don't get warned/muted because there was no staff on. I would like to have moderator because I wanna help with making the server as clean and good as possible.

You're a very nice player and you really do deserve this rank.
You're friendly, helpful and very active!
My problem is that your application needs a lot more description,
For example. You said what ghosting is but you also need to give an example on how you would deal with one. Also go into great detail on how to deal with a disrespecting player and also an example of some one disrespecting.

You haven't linked the correct server 2 gametracker, so here it is: www.gametracker.com/player/B4nQk0k/play.zarpgaming.com:27030/ Your application isn't detailed enough, so add more text. Your activity is pretty good though. Fix the gametracker link for server 2, and work a bit more on your application I'll change it to a plus support when you've done that.
