When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?:
when someone is breaking the rules constantly like if he is disrespectful against somebody (and/or if he says something racist) and he rejoins after a gag/mute several times then it will lead to a temp ban. if someone is hacking/cheating then it will lead to a permanent ban

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
like a week after i got promoted to mod me,a mod and a admin met a guy that was disrespecting, broke lots of rules, and and avoided punishment. he left becuz he knew he will get a ban but rilder got his steam id and he got banned i cant remember if it was perm or temp ban. if the admin wasn't there then he wouldn't be banned only if i made a ban request and had proof.

Why I should be promoted:
i would like to get promoted because i wanted to take it to the next step and im putting like half of my day on deathrun and i like helping people, if they need it, i know the rules, im friendly against other players and very calm. i have been a mod for some time now and i know the mod commands and how to use the ULX menu. i know how to handle most situations now and i think i might be better as admin than mod.

As far as I know, you are a very good staff member and you try your best to keep the server in check.
