Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example.
RDM occurs when player x kills player y for no reason. An example for this would be player y I happily building a shop on the street and player x comes along and shoots him/her.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example.

NLR occurs when player x kills player y and player y goes back to the place of death. An example of this would be player y (who is not a cop) is killed while player x is raiding the bank. Player y then returns before 3 minutes are up and goes for revenge.


Explain "Metagaming" and give an example.
Metagaming occurs when a player is saying/asking that is about something happening in the game (so in character) in OOC (out of character chat). An example of this would be if player y is telling someone to do something in game in OOC. A way around this is to use /pm.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would tp them both to me and then ask player x to explain what happened, then I would ask player y to explain what happened. After that I would ask for evidence from player x if they didn't have some I would tp player y and x back and tell them to have a nice day but if player x does have proof then I will examinine it and if it shows that player y had RDMed him/her I would then warn player y and send them both off to enjoy the rest of their day.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask for some proof of player Y breaking NLR. If there is no proof then I would verbally warn player y for breaking nlr. However if there is proof of it then I will warn player Y and tp him/her back and tell them to enjoy the rest of their day.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided.
I would wait for the raid to be over and I would take player x up to a roof. I would ask him why he used OOC instead of group chat (or gang chat). If he didn't know about the difference between the chats I would tell him/her to read the server rules and make sure he knew about it so it wouldn't happen again. If he did know about it then I would warn him for metagaming and I would let him be on his way.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be chosen because I am very responsible and reliable. I can be reasonable but harsh at the same time and I'm often on the server. I resigned from my other admin jobs to become a Moderator on Zarp. I know how the controls work and I know all the short cuts. When the map changed I was confusing at first but I studied the map and know my way around quickly. I'm very fair and rashonable. Every time I have reported an incident using F1 it has been dealt with straight away and I have always wanted to do the same and I fell like I need to give something back to the community. I have some of the best times while playing with Zarp and will play on Zarp servers for many years to come. I'm also all about having fun in a friendly environment.

PS. I have a mic although it's not a good mic it always works. I don't use it often because I hate my voice. If it is needed I do use it but otherwise I prefer not to use it.

PPS. I know the meeting was tonight but I have only just finished adding more detail etc. I have also been inactive for a while but I am going to be more active I just had to get a new pc.

Cyber u keep re applying after being denied Just wait some weeks to get activity up like they said in last 2-3 denies, just wait 2 weeks get more activity and re-apply
