Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well since I am applying for admin right away I will tell you all my experiences.
When I was a moderator, I did lots of F1`s always helped out. At times there was when I did nothing, but F1`s the whole day. After I got admin I started to do more then F1`s. I patrolled the map looking for rulebreaks. Whenever I saw a rulebreaking base, I would tell the person to fix it etc. Even now whenever I see a rulebreaker I always report him.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
If a user ignores me in a F1, runs away from it, I take him back and freeze him and tell him that he can get warned if he ignores staff members. Still ignoring? Warn him for ignoring staff members. If the person leaves the server in a F1, I would ban him for 3 hours or so.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

. Today I will give you some tips on how to use your new abilities for moderators on ZARP SSRP.
F1 Menu - It opens a menu where you can check all the F1`s made by other players and start handling them by right clicking one and press: "Handle this". After you start handling the F1, you can right click it again and get new commands such as:
"Goto" - You can press this to teleport to the player or you can always manually do that.
"Bring" - You can bring the player to yourself, but I don`t recommend to use it as you need to teleport to the player first and the command itself is kinda buggy.
"Mark as done" - After you have handled the F1 and let the player go you press this one to mark it as done.
"Abort handling" - You can abort handling the F1 by pressing this one by not deleting the F1 itself.
And if you see a fake F1 (Spam), you right click the F1 and don`t press "Handle this", but instead press "Mark as spam/abuse".
"Logging" - Here you can see all the logs of all the players in the past 10 minutes. You can type in a players name in the top right corner to see the logs of him and find them easier. The logs show you: Kill logs, arrest logs, making a warrant/wanted logs, placing a hit on someone logs.
F6 Menu - In this menu you can select someone in the list in the top right corner and see all their warnings/bans/jails (When they happened, by who and the reason) etc. Or if you scroll down into the bottom of the list you can find "Search". If you press it you can enter someones Steam ID in there and see their logs even if the player is offline.
/warn <Steam ID>/<Name> <Reason> - It shall give a player warning, but careful and always use Steam ID`s for this one as you could misstype the name and wrongfully warn someone else.
/unwarn <Steam ID>/<Name> - It will remove the recent warnings you gave to the player.
/tp <Steam ID>/<Name> - It will teleport that person to where your crosshair is located.
/goto <Steam ID>/<Name> - You will teleport next to the person.
/bring <Steam ID>/<Name> - It will teleport the person next to you, but I do not recommend to use it as the command is kinda buggy.
/slay <Steam ID>/<Name> rocket/explode/silent/normal - It will slay the person in the way you chose.
/back <Steam ID>/<Name> - teleports the player back to his last location. Use it if the sit is done and you wish to teleport him back to his original spot.
/backspawn <Steam ID>/<Name> - teleports the player into spawn. If the player was teleported a few times he wont be able to get teleported back to where he originally was so use this to teleport him to spawn or go to his original spot yourself and TP him there manually.
/freeze <Steam ID>/<Name> - Freeze`s the player. Use it only if the person is RDM`ing to stop them or if they keep running away from sits.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would check first off how many warnings he has and see if I know him myself (To see if he is a rulebreaker from my experience with him or not). Then after some admin has contacted me with this ban, I would ask for opinions if they know him, if he is a rulebreaker in general or not. If yes: I would lower the ban to around 1 week. If no: I would think about it for a bit and then lower the ban to around 5 days.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

Well I am experienced, active and really like the community in general. I have been an ex-admin so that means I already know what I am doing. I always do what is right and report rulebreakers, even if they are my good friends as I want only good for this community. I have been playing ZARP for about 4 months now or more and I know the rules really well. I have never got warned in like 3 months (There`s 1 warn that was removed, but it was for moderator training purposes with a reason: Test). And now after I have resigned many people have too so it`s kinda a chaos sometimes since there are times when there aren`t any admins online or they`re AFK or not doing the F1`s in general. And I have only resigned not because I got in trouble with the server itself, but it was because of school and since the problems are gone now, I want to come back into helping the server out.
