When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

When a player is consistently breaking the rules. For example, if someone is continuously being gagged/muted because of racism and/or spam over the Microphone or in the game chat, and leaves and joins back to bypass the gag/mute and are no longer in the gag or mute period. Or even if they continue to break the rules. If , (not real name) DeathrunBoss23 is hacking or serious threat to a player, or a death threat it will result in a permanent ban for ____

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

In my time as being a Moderator on Zarp Deathrun, if a player bypasses the gag or mute system by leaving and rejoining I can only kick them without a ban so I had to go onto steam find and Admin or SuperAdmin on my friends list and address the situation towards them, although if I was Admin I could have dealt with this problem a lot faster

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)

I think I should be promoted because I am a very active member on the community on Zarp, I am friendly and mature although I am at a young age. I have some experience on being Admin from my friends server, although we just messed around I learned how to use a few commands and to use them properly. I could make friends with anyone on the community and I think I might be more active than a current Admin Polsee! If I got this rank I would take matters into my own hands and have fun while being serious with the power of Admin

You have to explain a situation you had to work around as a moderator. You're just telling what you would do.
