What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting basicly means, If you are dead and you see the Death Team walking up to the trap at Portal, One will kill you and one will let you live free and continue with running. If you tell the runner team the trap that counts as Ghosting and you will be warned + Slayed by a member of staff


Example:
Pleb Jordan: What's the Portal so I can get through Alive?, Is it left or right?
Jackelele: Left


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
First of all, I'll tell him to stop disrespecting as it's not allowed on any of Zarp Gaming's servers, If he does not stop after my verbal warning. I'll warn him (/warn <name/Steamid> Disrespect and I'll also mute him for 1 minute. Once he is un-muted and is still disrespecting. I'll get another higher rank than my to ban him.

Why I should be chosen: (This part should be at least 75 words)))
I think I should be chosen because I've showed myself as respectful and a good staff member as I'm currently Moderator SSRP. I've dealt with so many problems and I know how to handle most situations to the best of my ability. I used to be SSRP Administrator and Zombie Survival Administrator before I took a ‘break’ (Community ban). But I have come back and proven myself that I’ve changed and well trusted to be part of the staff team again. I've a;so had past experience with using ULX and know some of the important commands fluently.

Decent application, but you need to improve your activity. You only have 800 minutes, which is not really much. You don't have any recent warnings, as far as i know of.

your activity is great your overall game time not so much.

you seem to be a friendly person and get on well with people i will see if you have any recent warnings but other then that nice application. :)

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
