Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a Moderator has contributed me to learn a lot about Zarp!, I have learned to deal with many situations and I've become quite a good Moderator, I believe players leave my sits with a smile, I approach them nicely and keep the mood happy and fun. As a Moderator I got to see many Admins in situations which Mods can only partly handle and I've understood how to handle these fluently.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I was one of some staff members online on SSRP 1, and there have been two F1 requests of a guy using speed hacks, the players who reported the guy had no proof so it seemed as the reported player was using Amphetamine (Speed Drug) I than had to contact a Head Admin to check if the player indeed had hacks cause I had no proof nor did the player admit to hacking. The Head Admin concluded that the player was hacking and banned him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
First off, Welcome to the team mate, If you have any questions or need help with anything you can ask any staff member using steam chat or @, Thank you for contributing to the Zarp Community, and lets go over the commands and Abilities you can use as a Moderator

Commands:
As a Moderator you have access to several commands which are meant to help you handle situations people need your help in, Each command must be used maturely and with a reason, you are not allowed to abuse this commands for your own role-player reason. The Moderator has 2 Hotkeys:
F1 - To view players F1-Request, to handle them and to view recent warnings and logs.
F6 - To view warnings on specific players.

Teleportation:
Under Teleportation you have 5 main commands which can be used:

/TP RP-Name/SteamID - This command teleports the selected player where you're mouse is looking at, make sure you teleport a player only after going to them and telling them you need to teleport them, after doing so look at a good spot which wont make the player stuck after you teleport them.

/BRING RP-Name/SteamID - This command teleports the selected player where you're mouse is looking at. The bring command should only be used on dead players or players that are inside cars, using this command will not allow using the /back command which will result in you losing the last location of the player you teleported.

/GOTO RP-Name/SteamID - This command teleports you to the selected player from where you are. You should use this command if a player requires help, most commonly through the F1 Request menu.

/BACK RP-Name/SteamID - This command teleports the selected player back to where his last location was, this command should be used after you have finished handling a request and want to teleport the player back to where he was before the sit.

/BACKSPAWN RP-Name/SteamID - This command teleports the selected player back to spawn, this command should be used if you have used the command /bring considering the player was dead and the last location he was will be spawn.

Other Commands:
The Moderator Position has 5 more commands at hand:

/SLAY RP-Name/SteamID - This command is used to kill a player, it is hardly used by the hands of a Moderator but can be useful to prevent mass RDM quickly and more.

/FREEZE RP-Name/SteamID - This command is used to Freeze a selected player, it is mainly used to stop a player quickly before breaking a rule or to prevent players from moving during sits.

/WARN RP-Name/SteamID Reason - This command is a main command in the Moderators hand, it should be used to warn players for breaking the rules, 3 warnings will result in a kick and 4 warnings will result in a temporal ban. note that you don't have to use the warn command on every rulebreaker, you can also give verbal warnings if you don't believe an actual warning is in need.

/UNWARN RP-Name/SteamID - This command should be used in case of giving a False Warning or giving a Warning by mistake, it basically removes the last warning of the person selected.

/KICK RP-Name/SteamID - This command should only be used on players breaking rules massively or constantly, DO NOT ever use the kick command on players as a joke and than cancel it, doing so will result in the player losing all the items he had on him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Player 'X' has broken a base rule in all of Garry's Mod DarkRP servers, it is highly not possible that he did not know doing so is not allowed. The Player might have evidence that can work to his side, for example pressing 'Q' in mistake while having a auto clicker on. considering he does I will shorten the Ban to 2 Weeks - 1 Month, considering he doesn't I will not accept his appeal even if it's written in great detail and high language. The Player does not deserve an unban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I am a mature, responsible, and calm Moderator, I have received lot of knowledge of Zarp during my time as a Moderator, I spend a lot of time in the Zarp Community whether it's in the forums or in the servers. I've handled a lot of Requests of players and I'm sure each and every one of them leave my sits with a happy feeling, I feel as if my job as a Moderator has a limit to how much I can help, I believe my contribution currently is very low than what I can actually provide and do for the server if I am promoted. I have countered several situations in which I am required the help of an Admin to confirm or handle a situation I cant. I believe I have achieved enough trust from the players of Zarp SSRP and from the staff and that I can contribute a lot more as an Admin. I hope to receive your approval and support, Thank you.

Might I add Walter was just upset cause he randomly killed me twice and lied to me about it once than confessed, he recieved two warnings for rdm which is quite bad for an ex staff member I must say.
