Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.
-I will show them the basics of bhopping.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.
-I will tell him to stop do it,if he keeps I will tell him to stop and that I'll gag him if he doesn't,if he keeps I'll gag him for time that I choose.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.
-I tell him to stop using it and if he keeps I will kick him (because as mod I can't ban).
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).
-I love to play bhop and I spend most of my time doing it,I am fair with my choices and I want to help with all I can.

You've used the correct template this time, so that's good But i do think that you need to add more text to your application, it is not very detailed.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I dont deal with people using exploit, i just say them to stop using that sorta of hack (script and stuff) if he doesn't i will ban him for 1 day.

Gagging lasts indefinitely, so they remain gagged until you either ungag them or the map changes.

You also could be more consistent with your activity, and use color or bold code to make the application look better.
