What is Ghosting? Ghosting is when dead players help the alive players: example: Dead player tells an alive player which/where to go.
And he/she will get warned and muted.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player? First of all I would tell them to stop, if they don't I will mute and warn.

I think I should be chosen because I have 130 hours on garry's mod and i'm very active on Zarp Deathrun.
I deserve it because i'm fair I will not abuse it. I'm very nice and helping. I see alot of situations where people ghost or micspam. And they don't get warned/muted because there was no staff on. I would like to have moderator because I wanna help with making the server as clean and good as possible.

I feel the app is a little rushed, on the server (when I have seen you) you seem to be a nice person.

I will talk with other staff about how you are on the server plus any warns (if you have them)

Hello there B4NQK0K I have took my time to review your application but the application seems rushed. You could expand How would you deal with a disrespectful player. Also you say that your very active but you have only been playing for a week, I have no clue how many recent warnings you have. And people/staff say your a nice person!

Well I have changed my name 3 times and when you change your name your server time resets.

Your application seems rushed, i would suggest you to work a bit on it. Your activity isn't really good either, play some more throughout the week, so we can see how active you'll be.

Your application looks very rushed and it needs to contain alot more detail
Also you gametime is not the highest, I advise you to try get that bar higher.
