When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?:
Using the ban command applies when somebody is consistently breaking the rules, This could be someone somebody saying racist comments in chat or over voice so you gag/mute them and they leave the server and rejoin so they're no longer gaged/muted or next map they continue to break the rules. You can also ban somebody if there is proof that they are breaking any rules. If somebody breaks the rules by hacking or serious threats towards another player such as death threats then the player will be permanently banned.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
I joined the deathrun server and was told by another new member of staff that someone has been rule breaking and avoiding their punishment(he kept leaving and rejoining after being gaged) as a moderator I could do nothing to stop this but keep kicking him. So I contacted an admin that I knew and asked him if he could join and ban the rule breaker. If the player that I contacted wasn't online then this player could of continued to avoid his punishment, if I was had admin rank I could of dealt with this situation myself and a lot faster.

Why I should be promoted:
I feel like I should be promoted because I am very active on the server, I've never been an admin on any servers before so it will be a first for me, would be great to experience what being an admin is like. I have already used all of the mod commands and feel comfortable with them and would love to learn more! I have been mod for about a month now and have had no negative feedback. A few staff members encouraged me to create this app, this gives me high hopes that I am doing a good job as moderator and feel like I could do better as admin.
