Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. While I was Moderator I have learn how to deal with many different sits and how to complete them. I've also been Moderator for a few weeks now and I think I'm ready to take a step up.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). I remember doing one F1 where someone was speed hacking. I couldn't really do anything so I called an admin. I also took screenshots. I'm pretty sure the guy was banned...

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? Congratulations on becoming a ZARP Staff Member. If you ever need any help please feel free to contact me or another staff member when you're in need of help. Lets get the commands out of the way.

Very Useful commands:

Warn: The warn command will be one of your best friends. To warn somebody simply type this - /warn (SteamName, RPname, SteamID) (reason)
Freeze: This command is to take away the person you are executing the command on takes away their right to move. Very useful for when people are mass rdming. To execute this command type - /freeze (SteamName, RPname, SteamID)
Kick: This command boots people from the server. To execute this command type - /kick (SteamName, RPname, SteamID) (reason)
Slay: This command kills the person on the spot. To execute this command type - /slay (SteamName, RPname, SteamID)

Teleporting commands
/tp This command teleports you or someone else to your crosshair. To teleport yourself type - /tp (most people have this bound to a key. To bind it type in console bind T "say /tp") To teleport someone to your crosshair type /tp (SteamName, RPname, SteamID)
Goto This command is most important when handling F1s. This command sends you to the person you used the command ons location. To execute this command type /goto (SteamName, RPname, SteamID)
/back This command sends you or the person you execute the command ons last location. Also a very good one for handling F1s. To execute this command type /back (This sends YOU to your last location) Type /back (SteamName, RPname, SteamID) (This sends the person you last teleported to their last location.
/bring This command is used to bring people to your location. To execute this command type /bring (SteamName, RPname, SteamID)

Thats it for the commands! Once again congratulations on being a part of the ZARP Staff team and remember. DO NOT Hesitate to ask for help when you are in need.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would respond saying this. "Hey Player x! Thank you for appealing on the forums. Your appeal was pretty good and I will talk to the staff member that has banned you about shortening your ban. I hope you have learned your lesson and WILL NOT do it again.. I will talk to the staff member.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I think I should be promoted to Administrator because I have been Moderator for a few weeks and like I said before I am ready to take a step up. I am also extremely active (its kind of scary) that I know pretty much all the daily users. I work very hard on completing F1s and try to do the best I can responding to them. I do quite a bit of F1s while I am online and I'm trying to make myself do more of them daily. I've run into some users that deserve to be banned but since I am mod I cannot do so. If I am admin It can help me and help the community get rid of the users that try to ruin the server. It would also help me and the community by giving me the Spectate command. The spectate command will help me catch rule breakers easier. I can spectate users the I suspect are breaking rules. If they are I can take action. While I am Moderator I do not get this command and makes it harder to help out the community. I can also complete F1s I cannot do (like the ones that report hackers.)

In the Moderator Training section you could mention F1 and F6, but apart from that:
