Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match (also called RDM) is when a player shoots another player for no RP reason. Player A ,for instance, is casually walking down street when he comes across Player B who just bought a fancy new Benelli. Player B thinks Player A is a cute target to test his new Benelli on and shoots him in the head.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
The New Life Rule is another roleplaying rule that states that after your death, you wipe all memory of your previous life and cannot return to the district you died in/got killed in for 3 minutes. It contributes to the roleplaying aspect since if you got killed in real life, you couldn't just respawn and go back to kill your enemies immediatly.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you talk about things related to your role in OOC (Out Of Character chat) e.g.: If i saw a gangster in front of my base and say in OOC "Gangster, please leave my base alone!" that would be Metagaming, as OOC's sole purpose is to global with other players outside if their role.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I'd take them both apart and first check their roles to see if it couldn't have been part of roleplaying (Player y was raiding Player x for instance), then i'll proceed to listen to their sides of the story and judge whether it was RDM or not. If it indeed was RDM i would give Player x a warning and if he was new to RP'ing let him read the rules.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Since it happened at peak time and the kills are only few lines apart, it is pretty clear that Player y broke NLR and took revenge on Player x. I'd teleport them both to a roof and ask their sides of the stories, and proceed to warn player y for NLR.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would PM or teleport and tell him to stop Metagaming after explaining the rule to him. If he ignores my verbal warning and proceeds to Metagame I will warn Player x for Metagaming as character-related things like asking help at your base/bank aren't allowed in OOC. I would also recommend them to base with other gangsters, or hire guards if they are a banker.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
Being a TTT Super Admin, I can be trusted with powers. I also have been an SSRP mod before so I am familiar with the commands. In my time as a staff I have had to deal with various kinds of rulebreakers, and acquired tons of experience of how to handle them. I get along with quite a lot of people from DarkRP and love spending time with them. I will always act in the name of justice, and not bias. To finish with, I'm going to college so I have very flexible hours. I'm often online during weekdays when there's little to no active staff online and tons of rulebreakers.
