Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
In the past when I was a moderator and an admin I have grown to be able to effectively use commands. Before being a moderator on zarp I was different ranks on other servers on and off of garry's mod so had a lot of experience beforehand on using commands and when/where to use them. My knowledge of moderation skills can be of great use to becoming administrator again, I realise it has been a while but I still remember how to deal with situations appropriately, effectively and rapidly.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around.
I have had to overcome many difficult times as moderation, such as having to deal with 5-7 members at a time possibly including a moderator. One time... 3 mutants were kosing people of the street, frozen them all, tped to one of them and told them not to do this and explain when and where is is acceptable for then to KOS others, (e.g. if they are a hobo), meanwhile a member of the public (a citizen) ran up with an SVU and started shooting the mutants. I let the mutants off with a warning each, Verbal/Systematical Dependent on their defiance, and froze the citizen. During asking the citizen to holster his weapon a police member rushed up and starts attempting to arrest said citizen, in which point he is frozen and the citizen after holstering his weapon is let go. After discussing to the police officer and explaining it is not acceptable to arrest non-wanted or warned members, I let him go... To continue with doing f1s.
Extra Information...
This was not a "1-off" thing.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them
(I have trained some moderators/"wanna-be" moderators in the past)
So you are willing to commit yourself to the ZARP community and you wish to know how to moderate , well here are a few of the commands Moderators need to know inorder to do basic F1s:
Removal from server Commands
Kick - Kicks said player
/kick [Name/STEAMID] (Reason) Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking "Kick" works all the same, (probably your safer bet) - This is NOT to be used instead of a warn, this can only be used in extreme cases such as propspam when no admins are on.
Warn - Warns said player systematically
/warn [Name/STEAMID] (Reason) - NOT to be used inappropriately, only to be used when players have broken rules and you feel they deserve a warn on the system. At 3 warns said player is kicked, at 4 warns said player is banned for 1 hour.
Control Commands
Freeze - Freezes said player
/freeze [Name/STEAMID] Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking "Freeze", then choosing a time works all the same, (probably your safer bet but does take significantly longer) - Only to be used in order to either save someones life, (give them 2godmode" whilst about to be ran over), to stop a player running away from you/an f1 or in other similar circumstances, NOT to be used in RP situations.
Teleportation Commands
Goto - Goes to said player
/goto [Name/STEAMID] Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking "Goto" works all the same, (probably your safer bet) - Used to get to other players, NOT to be abused or used in RP situations.
Tp - Teleports said player to where you are looking
/tp [Name/STEAMID] or just "/tp" will tp you, Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking "Teleport" works all the same, (probably your safer bet although it takes significantly longer) - NOT to be used in RP situations, used to teleport people to f1s instead of bring or used to teleport you to another place.
Bring -Brings said player to you
/bring [Name/STEAMID] Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking "Bring" works all the same, (probably your safer bet although it takes significantly longer) - NOT to be used in RP situations, used to bring members to use, does not work with "/back" however, "/tp" does.
Back - Sends said player back to their previous location
/back [Name/STEAMID] Alternatively going to tab, finding their name and clicking kick works all the same, (probably your safer bet) - Used to send players back after teleporting them to you/teleporting them elsewhere.
Moderation Tools
Admin Keypad Checker - Used to check said keypad/fading door/props to see if they are connected to a keypad/keypad and how long fading doors open for
Every job gets one of these, use it to check the opening time on fading doors, check if props are fading doored/connected to a keypad and check for fake keypads.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for prop spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First and foremost we'd like to thank you for making the effort to apply for a unban on the ZARP Semi Serious DarkRP. In regards to your unban appeal you clearly have been rehabilitated and as this is your first ban, alongside that we see the effort that you have inputted into this unban application and would like to offer you another chance. Propspam is not allowed as it can 1, cause lag and 2, disturb other players. In future please read the rules and make sure you do not attempt to break any of them.

Why I should be promoted. (The Question)
During my time on ZARP servers, all of the 600 hours have been enjoyed and this last week has been the best. I have learnt how to appropriately handle F1s and how to "be a moderator" of the ZARP community. I love helping the server and love doing F1s, as well as roleplaying, I get on with 99% of the staff here and only rival those that I have seen to break rules.
I have the potential to be an admin and could use the "powers", not just for my use but for the whole ZARP community. Being able to freeze people by right clicking on them, being able to do housechecks, being able to phys gun people to roofs that are breaking rules, instead of tping to them - finding their names out - tping back - tping them and deal with it. (By that time they would have killed others or broken more rules). I would love to "climb the ladder" as well, the only thing that keeps me in most communities/places/games. Without an aim, what would we do?
