What is Ghosting? and give an example:Ghosting is iff a player is dead and tells a player what the right way is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:Iff someone disrespectful a player i will say in the chat that he need to stop and iff disrespctful another time I will give him a kick

Why I should be chosen:I like the server allot I almost play everyday on the server. I want to be mod because I want to help the server from people that do things wrong. I will not ban people at the first time but I will give them a kick or a warn. I know almost every comment. I can help people with questions. So I think I can be a good mod for your server.

as a mod you will not have access to the ban command.

i think your app looks a bit rushed and you could go into more detail with ghosting and disrespecting.
also if a player continues to disrespect you should warn them after 3 warns they get auto kicked you can also mute and gag the player if they carry on.

i will talk to staff about how you act on the server with people and if you have any recent warnings.

recent activity is good but jumpy, i think you need to clean you application up and add more detail also needs to be moved into the server applications topic.
