What is Ghosting? and give an example: ghosting is when someone is contacting a friend and helping them out by telling them info on another player in game (Death/Runner for Example) of what,where and other things of what they're doing, example from the DR Helix Map: Someone activates the number code like "158", a dead runner sees them do it, they also shout out the number, and that is considered ghosting on Helix.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would MAYBE Verbally warn them first, they continue, warn them, continue, warn them second time, again, warn them 3rd time, and if they get out of hand I'll try and get in contact with a Admin+ or I'll have to continue.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because I have past experience, I know how to use ULX and the aWarn system Correctly, I do not abuse, I do not disrespect staff and others, I do not break the rules, I always help out when needed and will always go on ZARP Deathrun 1 (Even if I don't pass), I will help out players, I won't abuse powers, I know what to do if someone abuses/breaks the rules as a staff member, I can help out other staff, I can respect and follow all orders from Admins+ or any other staff rank, I will accept warnings, I will do as told to and I will CERTAINLY NOT try to swear and I will not cuss at others and I will not say anything like "F*** you" and "you little B****" And so on.

I don't think anymore, I now know the rules.

you GT links are broken and from the links i found with the name (Michael Bay) shows no activity so i have not posted them here please try and correct your GT links and i will review my answer but for now

go onto gametracker.com and then search for zarp and find the DR servers then search for your name.

My steam name is now [FG-RP] Michael, I search for it, nothing. I found out that the Michael Bay guy wasn't me (another one) sooo, I'm lost.

have you played on the server as your new name?

and also whatever your name is on the DR server should be the one on the GT ill have another look for you.

I looked into your Steam Rep and that name appeared and was updated to your current name.
I wouldn't post someone's gametracker with a specific username without checking up on it.

For me it doesn't say in my previous names [P:RP] Xenomorph on steam.
