Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Definition:
Is What players call it RDM it when player 4 kill player 5 with no RP reason
Example:
Like i was walking in rude and a hitman kill me because hes a hitman that not a RP reason

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
Definition:
It what players call it NLR it when you get killed and you cant go back again for 3min and you have to forgot anything happened in the last life.
Example:
Like i was raiding some one base i killed hem then he come back again after 1min of spawn and kill me so he dont lose hes stuff that nlr he need to wait 3 min and you can see the icon of nlr in top of your screen

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario:
Explain: META GAMING is when you type some role play info in OCC CHAT
Example: like i was raiding and i am inside the building with no ammo left and call in OCC VeGoVeVO: ALI change your job to gun dealer i need help in the hotel front of fountain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I Will teleport the player x and handle hes f1 and teleport the player y and ask hem for story of what happened and when i heard what is the story of player y then i will ask player x what is her or his story in the seam time ill check if there is any match of story then ill ask player x if he have any proof of the story that happened if he have proof show the seam story that he says i will warn player y for RDM if not i will ask player x i can nothing do about it with no enough proof and never make a false f1

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

i will teleport both players x&y and ask them what is the story then ill ask player y if he broke NLR if he admits i will warn hem for NLR and if player y denies i will ask player x for a proof that he NLR if the proof was enought i will warn player y for lying to admin + NLR .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

i will give a verbal warning to player x for meta gaming and tall hem he should use /pm to talk to someone adn if he keep meta i will warn hem for MetaGaming

Why I should be chosen:

i like zarp darkrp server 1 more than 2 and i will like to have fun making f1 + i just lost my inventory with some kind of problem i will like to be a mod so i can i have some fun last time i wasent caring about having fun i cared only about money and get VIP now im VIP and it bored i will like very much to be a mod i maked a forum of server apply this is the 4 time i will like to help zarp and have fun and dont worry Im gonna be serious on f1 sits and calm if i been a mod thanks evry one

I dont think you understand the quality's and responsibility of being a mod, being a mod isnt about the "F1s", its about the users, if you just do f1s, thats good, but you also need to help when needed, f1s are not the one thing you need to do.

Also the fact that you have recent warnings will lower your chances dramatically.

According to the gametrackers you have provided, you have 0 minutes within a whole month across both servers. Unless you have different gametrackers, my verdict will be based off of the activity alone.

Yes bro i know you get to the web site of gametracker and you join the server then it record your active time and staf but since one mounth i was using the appli of gametracker it been better to me than goin to the web i use to it and wheen i changed my coputer the appli dident work and i forgot that i can use the gametracker website if ther is any thin i can help guys i am on it

You've not been active on the servers and if I am to be honest I do not trust you about gametracker being broke. I remember you from when you were active. You told me to kill myself after I gave you a warning when you were trying to apply for mod.

I really doesn't understand your explanations, you should read them again and try to explan it better. From what the others are saying it doesn't seems like you're active, i would say that you have to be at least active 4-5 hours a week.
