Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Say I spawn go anywhere with people and start killing randomly no reason at all.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. Someone kills you and you go back within the timer of three minutes.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Telling where a player is in the global chat/OOC or even PM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. Ask the guy who is killing that he is lieing and im giving them a verbal warning if he has only killed one player if more then one player he/she has killed its a warning

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would tell him/her to stop or i will warn him/her and ask him to read the rules again

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided Go to the player or write in the chat if he writes stuff like that in chat it is against the rules and tell him to read the rules also tell him/her what metagaming is.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)
I think I should be mod because I honestly love the server and I know you get that.I am on this server are 10am to 1am and can be on more then that.I have made many friends on the server that I am thankful for but i have came across some rule breakers (no names) and if i was mod I could help players that have to deal with rule breaker like mic spam insults , Racism,RDM I can go on. Also I would like to make more people enjoy the server by interacting with the players and having a laugh not just players staff to. I am very mature for my age hardly do I have to use out of terms word (rude words) and I am NEVER racist i accept all kinds of people skin type doesn't matter and i hear/see rarely not often on this server but if i do i will take action. I might be young but age doesn't matter if you are mature. I will deal with any problems and if there need of a meeting i will attend. I am from the UK so times and mixed so i am noramly on till 1-2am or all night long so if there is a problem im all ways there. I have mic and i will buy better but its good and i have team-speak but not Skype as i get virus. I am most active after 1pm week days as im tutored till 12pm normally. I enjoy this server as it was my first a SSRP/Darkrp server hope i get accepted as it will be my first mod i have got on gmod and will not go anywhere unless im told.Thank you.
