Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a mod has helped me learn about losts of difrent sits and how to deal with them.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). Where there was a door that was not being used and I tped the guy that owned the door and he said that I am building and started spawning props so I said you have not been building here so I said I am going to give you 10 seconds to sell the door or I will get a admin to sell it he did not sell it so I got a admin to sell it.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
You are a part of the Zarp SSRP staff team
Here is a list of all the commands you get as a mod
/tp moves you to were you are looking at. You can you it to tp some on to you if you want to latter /back them.
/Back (name/Steam_ID) if you goto to some on then you can go back to your last rp place. You can also tp some on using there steam id or name.
/backspawn (name/Steam_ID) tp you are some on back to spawn.
/goto (name/Steam_ID) tp you to the steam id or name
/bring (name/Steam_ID) brings the player to you. Use /tp if you want to tp them back latter. I just use /tp because it is good because of /back
/slay (name/Steam_ID) will kill the player (there are lost of cool ways to kill them I like rocket)
/freeze (name/Steam_ID) will make it so the player cant move ( I use it to stop people from runing away from the admin sit or if they are mass rdming)
/warn (name/Steam_ID) if they are not doing what the rules say. (talk to them before warning)
/unwarn (name/Steam_ID) if you warned the wrong player. (Use steam id to get it 100% right)
/kick (name/Steam_ID) if there are no admin on and they are mass rule braking
/// or @ is to talk in admin chat
You cant rp as a mod on duty
f1 has 3 tabs one is for handling a f1 you right cick on the f1 and clcik handle to start it then right click to goto the player. the next tab is the warning it is to see waht other admin have warned players for. next tab is the loging tab it is to see who has killed who and who has died and who defibed who and thing like that.
f6 is to see if some one has warnings.

if you need help use @ /// to talk to a higher up.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would say I will talk to the admin that baned you then I will get back. I would talk to a admin. If the admin says it was a bit long, I would ask if he wants to make it sorter if he dose then I would ask for how long. If the admin says 2-3 weeks. I then would go on the the forums and say we have made it 2 weeks.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be promoted because i put a lot of my time each day doing f1s and being a admin would help me do f1 faster and i would be able to do lost of different f1s with the power that the admin gets. I am a trusted mod and think i am up to the job of becoming a admin.

You should really stop changing your username.
The gametracker links you've provided show no activity.

That being said, your current username is "JEFF" which was changed on 26th September and I see no record of that besides one called "Jeff" but that isn't fully capitalized so I wouldn't know.

The lead team will have a problem of tracking your gametime/activity which might cause further consequences.

Another thing is people would have difficulty recognizing who you are; you're Thegamerboy44, but at the same time you're JEFF. There's a bit of an identity crisis.
