Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when you kill someone without a RP reason.
For example:
A thief is walking around the city and a cop kills him for no reason, this is RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is when you you die you cannot return to the same district you died in within 3 minutes. This also prevents you from interacting with anyone in that district. Also if you are a cop, you cannot make someone wanted after you got killed by them.
Example:
A cop goes to arrest a wanted criminal in a shop, but he gets killed. He then comes back in 1 minute and arrests the person.
That is NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you give or take information from OOC (out of character) chat and use it to your advantage.
For example:
A cop walks past a shop and sees it getting robbed, so he types in ooc "All police come to [Location] and help me kill this guy" This would be metagaming.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport to the person who created the F1 and see if he is busy. If he is not I would take him to a roof and talk to him.
First I would ask him about what happened, then I would bring the other people involved and ask about their side of the story. After that I would ask if they had any proof of what happened. Usually they would say no so I would then ask why the person rdmed the other guy. If the response was something like "I killed for the fun of it" I would warn the person for RDM and would encourage to read the rules again. Then I would teleport player y back and say to Player X "Thanks for your F1, do you need anything else?" If not, I would TP him back aswell.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would see if Player X is busy or not by teleporting to him, If he is not I would teleport him to the roof so other people don't interrupt us. I would then listen to the story and bring the other people involved. I would ask the other persons story and compare them. Then I would look at the logs and say to player y that he died by the same player in a short amount of time and under 3 mins. Then I would warn player y for NLR. But if player y got killed in under 30 ish seconds, I would assume some sort of spawn killing occurred.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would give a text warning through pm and I would say that if he does it again I would warn him.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen because I'm good at GMOD and I know the rules well, and as you can see from my past I obviously love the server and only helping it and working to improve it, and the work I do would be easier if I had a mod.
I hate rule breakers, and cheaters, especially hate cheaters, and I think if I was a mod I could do something about cheaters.
I have 3000 hours in gmod and I have more than enough knowledge to be a moderator on this server and help the community by using my experience and my knowledge in gmod.
I'm also extremely friendly to new users / people who don't know the rules, and I was already a mod once for 2 days on the server, when I was a mod it went really well until I decided to quit due to not having enough time.

Thanks for reading, I put much effot into this application and I know that I'm more than likely to get accepted by looking at my past, but I would still appreciate any opinions you have.

It isn't, and I don't have 0 activity, I just play with many nicknames and gametracker can't find all of them / I can't remember the exact names, my most recent nickname isn't even on gametracker and most of my activity was on it.

I was using a speedhack program, .exe not even lua script, so that's one lie.

2) I'm lying for 4 months?
The only server I used the shitty lua scripts was the TTT server and I wasn't even hiding it

My BHOP was legit and there are many people who even spectated me to see how I gain so much speed and could see my fails through the way, so it isn't scripting.

I'm not saying my ban wasn't correct, but stick to the facts, that's the first time I got caught for cheating on DarkRP.
All the other times I got unbanned, and one of the times I even showed the admin HOW I managed to get the speed (Morgan).

After 3/2 hours I got permabanned instead of the warning, with the reason that I already got banned for speedhacking 3 times in the past, which I already proved WRONG, in the past all my DarkRP cheating bans were invalid, and were caused by me bhopping to good for the admins.
Which means that Paramontana's reason is retarded, and instead he should've just permabanned me straight away for speedhacking and not for my past bans.

So this time the ban was valid, for speedhacking, but not supposed to be related to any of my past bans which were invalid.
