Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. Random death match is when you kill or attack another player for no reason. An example of this is killing someone who just walked out of spawn or is still at spawn without a valid reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. New life rule means you cannot return to a location after being killed or dying there for three minutes after your death. An example of this is someone being mugged, the person does not supply the money and is shot. That person returns to the muggers location and in under three minutes after dying and shoots the mugger.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. It is using out of character knowledge to your advantage while in character that your character would not otherwise be aware of. An example is going to someones base for an admin sit and using what you see there to help yourself raid them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first listen to both sides of the story, understanding what occurred prior to the death of player x. Using that information I would either warn player Y for RDM or I would explain to player X how it was not RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would warn player y for breaking NLR because if the kills were close together player y must have come back to kill player X
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
If anyone that was not a cop went into the bank I would explain to them that it would be metagaming to assist him in the bank after reading that message because they would not be aware of the bank raid otherwise.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I would like to become staff on this server because most of the time on week days my friend I will stay up late playing on this server. When we stay up late on the server there are very few staff online and most of the time they are just afk while mining with an auto clicker. At this point what happens a lot is people begin to start breaking most of the rules such as RDM, NLR ect. I actually recall a point at which most of the several other people were engaged in a gun battle at spawn because someone kept killing them every time they would respawn. Because of this I have decided to apply for a staff position on this server to keep it as civil as possible when no one else can. Also I am familiar with the commands used as I have been staff on multiple other servers.
