When will it be appropriate to use the ban command?:
It would be appropriate to ban whenever someone is breaking rules constantly or if someone have a proof of a player breaking the rules badly. For example if someone is being disrespectful towards another player, and rejoining after being gag/muted several times. Any kind of serious threats, including hack or death threats, is strictly forbidden and will lead to a permanent ban. It would also lead to a ban if someone is advertising on the server.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
One time i was the only staff member on and everyone was doing great until two danish people joined. They began to disrespect a younger guy because he didn't have a deep voice, so i started by giving them a verbally warning, and if they continued, then i would gag/mute them. But they noticed i was from Denmark by my accent and then began to harass me in danish. I obviously gagged/muted them and gave them both a warning. Shortly after they both left, but one of them rejoined and kept spamming gay in the chat, so i decided to kick him. He rejoined once again and told me to get a life, then he instantly left afterwards.

Why I should be promoted:
As most of you know i resigned a year ago, so i was a bit "rusty" when it came to commands but my time as a moderator have helped me get a knowlegde of the commands again. I've been moderator quite a while now and i was admin when i resigned, so i know what it takes be an admin. I'm quite active on the server but recently i have been focused on school because of projects and stuff, so i didn't have the time to play on the server, but i'm all done with that, so everything is back to normal.
