Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Well, since I'm not currently Moderator, I will discuss why I am applying from my resigned SSRP Admin position from 4 months ago and how I feel I will contribute to the staff team again.

When I was a staff member on SSRP 4 months ago, I dedicated a lot of my time to the servers by doing F1's, helping users with their issues and generally making the server a cleaner; more fun environment for the player. I have full knowledge of the commands on SSRP still, as well as the rules and way of staff. The reason I'm applying straight for Admin is because I feel as though I'm still capable of staffing the server from the Admin rank due to reasons stated above. I have also been asked several times to apply by staff members.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Once again I'm not currently Moderator, so I'll go over a few situations which I encountered previously as a Moderator.

I encountered a hacker as a Moderator, but of course I didn't have the power to ban him so I spoke to him in person; I asked him to turn the hacks off. As to no-one's surprise he refused so I contacted an Administrator to join and ban him due to there being no Admins actually available on the server to ban him. Meanwhile, I kicked him to make sure I restrained his abilities to ruin any further RP experiences from the players. Personally I felt as though I kept calm and collected and handled the situation maturely - despite the fact I had lacking powers to deal with him.

In a seperate situation I had encountered several propspammers/propblockers; they were spamming props which in turn blocked off spawn. Unfortunately I had been the only staff member at the time currently on the server, which in combination with being a Moderator - restricted my ability to handle the situation quickly and effectively. As there was no alternatives, I contacted a few Admins to join and deal with the rulebreakers whilst I kicked them to once again, inhibit their impact on the RP experiences of the players.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello <new moderator's name>, I'm Stratiic; I will help train you today. First and foremost, I'd like to congratulate you on being accepted!

Our first topic will be your commands, to use the commands - type out the text contained in the code boxes.

/tp <player name or steamid> or /tp

/tp or teleport, will teleport a player to the position you're looking at. You would normally use this command when a player is rulebreaking and you need to speak with them. You can also use it to teleport yourself to certain locations, e.g: a roof to conduct mod sits on.

/back <player name or steamid>

/back will teleport the player back to their previous location before they were teleported. You will need to use this after you've teleported someone so they can continue with their roleplay.

/goto <player name or steamid>

/goto will teleport yourself to the player in front of the /goto text. When doing an F1, you should always go to the player incase they're in the middle of an RP situation.

/warn <steamID> <reason for warning>

/warn will issue a warning formally recorded on the system to the player targeted. The warning system is the punishment for most rulebreaks, but after every rulebreak you don't have to issue a warning, a verbal warning can be used.

/slay <steamID>

/slay or slaying someone will instantly kill the player. You use this when people for example break NLR or refuse to holster their heavy weapon as a citizen. This will remove all items on your hotbar and will of course remove their NLR timer if they're breaking NLR in that area.

/freeze <steamID>

/freeze or freezing a player will freeze the target in place and will stop them from dying, moving or shooting. When you're doing a mod sit and a player is trying to run away or a rulebreaker is refusing to stop moving or killing you can freeze them.

/kick <steamID> <reason>

/kick or kicking a player will remove the player from the server by force. When a player is refusing to remove their props, or they are breaking a large amount of rules, you kick them and wait for an Admin to come and ban them.

Unban from job: This command will allow someone to join or apply for a job after they've been demoted from it, use this e.g: when someone has been false demoted.

You can also use most of these commands by clicking on the players name in the Tab menu.

The F1 System.

As a user, pressing the F1 key will enable you to file a report for a rulebreak or if you need help, now you can open the F1 menu by pressing the F1 key which will enable you to deal with said F1s. You can right-click on people's F1s to use several commands and deal with their F1s. There are also logs available which show hits, kills, player joins and leaves, changing jobs and other activities - remember to use the logs to help you in F1s.

The F6 Rapsheet

Pressing F6 will bring up a rapsheet, where you can search a SteamID for the player's punishment, or you can select a player from a list. In doing this it will show all of the recorded punishments for the player.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello <player x>, I have reviewed your ban with <admin's name> and we have decided that since you're very apologetic for your rulebreaks, to shorten your ban to 3 weeks. Permanent is a bit too harsh for a first time offense, but this will be your last chance.

If they have already been banned for 3 weeks, then I would unban them.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

I have been SSRP Admin before 4 months ago, and during this time, I believed I helped the community out alot by doing plenty of F1's with precision. Currently, I hold the positions of Deathrun SuperAdmin, TS Staff, Forum Global Moderator and Bhop Moderator showing I can definitely be trusted with powers and I am extremely experienced with staffing servers. Recently, I have refound my enjoyment in SSRP due to the friendly staff team, the MS-13 gang and the new update which I'm personally enjoying a bunch!

Although I have said previously I dislike the SSRP gamemode and its staff team, but it has changed alot since then and the new staff and in game experiences have really improved - bringing me back to the gamemode again. A lot of staff members have recommended me to apply and have been asking me to apply for a very long time, I feel as though I cannot let them down and apply again.
