Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.

RDM is when a player attacks another player without a reason. For example a police randomly shooting a civi in the park

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR is when a player dies, he may not return to the area he was killed in or take part in a raid he dies in until the timer at the top of the screen is up. for example say a thief was raiding the PD but he was killed then as soon as he re spawned he returned to the PD and continued raiding

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Meta gaming is when someone uses occ to get information and use it in rp. if a player asked if anyone would like to raid PD with them and a police officer saw that and prepared for the counter-raid. (I understand that it is hard to avoid in some cases as well)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would ask player Y why he killed player X and see if his story work with the wep he was killed with then i would warn if he was guilty
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

If i am chosen i would be able to sort cases without helping an admin, i would also be able to help other players who need one. I feel like i am able to understand all the rules and punish appropriately. I don't raid often so i would be more available if a case arises. Finally I think Zarp gaming is a great community and would like to keep the servers free from rule breakers..
