What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when someone tells the runners which trap is activated. Like between two doors, they say which one kills you. Another example: When there are two things to jump on, one of them breaks and the other doesn't, the person tells the player which one breaks.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First i would give them i warning teling them to stop, then warn them again, then kick them, then ask a higher rank to ban them because they still carried on. This probably wouldn't happen but if they were to join with another account and started doing the exact same thing then i think they should be banned.

Why I should be chosen: I think i should be chosen as a moderator because i have alot of experience being a moderator/admin and i even owned my own server. I would be very loyal to the server and come on as much as i could, I am very friendly and would answer any questions i could about the server. I can also ask some of my friends to come and join and they could get a few more people on. Thank you.

Gametracker is a site which tracks your gametime and kills for a server.
Here's your gametracker links;

By the gametrackers, you haven't been on the server. This might not be the case as you might have had a different name before. Just search in the search box for your other names and see if you have any gametime on there.

So:

First time i've seen you today, and you have no warnings so that's a plus. But it's hard to tell how active you are when your gametracker isn't working. Like Robin said, maybe you need to work a bit more on your application, especially the "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" question.

Haven't really seen you in-game so it's hard to judge. Also, you don't go from warn -> kick. You can use mute/gag.
